The quality vs price was excellent. The Location is the best, close to everything, restaurants, groceries, beach, etc. iIolation is perfect. We did not hear the street. Good service and facilities. Castro is special. The vibe is great: tapas, great people. We enjoyed it!

Stayed here during on recent Camino adventure. Check in is on the first floor ( bakery on ground floor) and was very efficient. This is a small hotel with c12 rooms or so. No on-site restaurant ( we were provided with voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe which was lovely). Rooms are basic but very comfortable. We stayed there on a Saturday night and the adjacent narrow streets were full of people of all ages enjoying a drink and pintxos/tapas. Superb atmosphere. Town is built around a lovely port/marina.

Nice clean well presented room, in a hotel close to centre of this lively town. Receptionist was great, took his time to explain how everything worked despite some difficultly with speaking English: our fault, why should we expect English in overseas hotels? Room was spacious, and our whole stay was excellent value for money.

This is a beautiful and modern place to stay. The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants locally. It is spotlessly clean and modern throughout. I don't think the pictures online do it any justice, it's much better in reality. The air conditioning was very welcome with the warm weather we had. I can highly recommend this pension for a stay in Castro Urdiales.

We stayed here for 3 nights , the apartment was lovely ! The staff were really friendly and welcoming . They made our bed up everyday and the apartment was cleaned to an exceptional high standard everyday , as was the outside seating areas ! Parking was reduced with a card from the hotel . The apartment was in an ideal position for everything , parking , bars restaurants and the harbour . We would highly recommend a visit to this apartment . Thank you to all the staff

We stayed here on our stop off in Castro Urdiales on the Camino. It's a nice little pension type place, comfortable room, very good shower. Please note that the stairs up to the reception from the street is quite steep. We had our breakfast served to us on tables in the reception area which was fine. The town itself is just gorgeous. A hidden gem on the Camino.

One of the best hotels I stayed at on the Camino. No frills but everything you actually want - clean, comfortable bed, big shower, huge room with lots of places to dry clothes, amazing location right in town, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here. Could not fault this in any way. Right on the ‘main street’ beside some fantastic tapas bars. The breakfast was excellent too - thank you for your hospitality- highly recommended
