Pension Bled

We left there this morning after four days. If you are going to Bled and want a sensibly priced hotel, this is the place to stay. Nejc greets you and gives some great advice on the local area. A lot to take in but keep listening because he knows what you do not. Take from it what you want to choose what suits you and away you go. . They have bikes you can use - I suggest cycling around Lake Bled until the path runs out then return the other way. The breakfast is great with lots of options given the size of the hotel, although not a lot of cooked choices but that was fine with us. The location is in a lovely neighbourhood about a beautiful 15/20 minute walk from Lake Bled.

We based ourselves here for our Slovenia stay instead of lubijana. It's the perfect location for driving into the city and to the various hiking trails in the surrounding mountains. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's easy walk or bike to bled lake. You can even walk to vintgar gorge from here. They provide a good breakfast to start the day. Nejc is very knowledgeable about the local area, so feel free to ask for recommendations and suggestions. We had a nice view from our room. Simple, affordable, comfortable accommodation with easy parking.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely place. Nejc, the owner, manages the Pension with perfection. It is situated in a quiet and cozy street in a residential area within walking distance to Lake Bled. You face the countryside and the hills from the back of your windows - and can enjoy the silence and nature of beautiful Slovenia. Breakfast was perfect, and the room was very clean and orderly everyday. The suggestions given by Nejc for hiking and sightseeing were extremely useful. Would certainly come back to this place. Fully recommend!

We had a lovely stay here for six nights. Nedj and his family were very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious as others have mentioned too. We stayed in the family room (between three of us) and everything was very clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here. It's about 20 minutes walk from the lake but that is perfect if you want something a little calmer and more relaxing. The views from the Pension were incredible and on a clear night the stars were amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Family owned Location with nice rooms in a nice and silent area. Excellent and rich breakfast served by the family. Nejc the owner is always available for any help you need and he can give you lot of recommendations for any kind of activity. We did 4 days of gravel biking in the near mountains and valleys and it was a blast!!

Generational home transformed into accommodation. You’ll find yourself 15 mins outside of the tourist area of Lake Bled and actually closer to the charming residential area. Njec offered great local recommendation, has lots of biking and hiking maps on hand and also has bikes avail for rental. You’ll be all set to explore bled with the amazing breakfast spread he and his team prepares each morning too.

Great host, magnificent location made it a wonderful experience. Breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in pension and bed and breakfast style. Would very much recommend this place if you want to stay short or long term around lake bled area. A very big plus, there is even an ev charging spot if you drive electric like we did. We went here with out 2 year old son who had a great time as well. Please say hi to Necj the owner who has gave us a lot of nice tips to visit in the area.
