Pensión EL AMIGO

We stayed here for 4 days and were more than happy. We felt very comfortable, the bedrooms are very clean and the pension is really a few minutes away from the city, the clubs and the sea. Big thanks to the owner!

Simple but good, the bathroom was a little small but we had a nice balcony and I was missing a small cooler to keep the drinks cold. Friendly owner and waitress and every day a clean room. The location is perfect and it's near the shopping street and I think 500 meter from the beach. Parking the car in this area is a disaster. El Amigo had a private parking place but we had to pay €90.00 for 7 days.

The hotel was basic, but good. The staff was friendly, however. Not very multilingual. So we had some difficulties with the communication.||There was free wifi. But more for basic research. The wifi didn't always work very well.||The meals prepared were very good, it was tasteful and the coice was quite extensive. Food and drinks were quite cheap by the way.||The airconditioning worked smoothly on these hot summer days. Which was nice.||Then you have the close distance to the beach, shopping streets and the night clubs of Lloret De Mar.||||This Pension is defenitely worth it!

Great place to stay if you are on a budget, cleaning in the room was done everyday, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was on the first floor and the window opens in a sort of balcony where the light doesn't come through so we didn't knew when it was light outside, and because the walls are kind of thin there is a bit noisy, but nothing some ear plugs can't fix. Overall top qualities of the place is great staff, very clean and good price. Not to mention it is only 300 m away from the main shopping street and beach.

Very close to all amenities. The owner is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. Nothing fancy but more that enough. No frills or pool but absolutely value for money. ||If you are noise sensitive this is not a place for you. The rooms with balconies are on the street and very noisy. The rooms without balconies face another building and is not so nice. We moved to one with a balcony and tolerated the noise. ||Great beer! And a nice TV to watch soccer. The TV in the room had no English channel which is a pity.

Myself and my wife had a short break at this hotel. It was really good and cheap . Its 5 minutes from the beach and shopping area. The bar under the hotel is really cheap compared to other bars in the area. Its really loud tho as you are beside a busy commercial area and major walk through. If you are getting a transfer get a taxi as buses can't get to this hotel. The staff where lovely and make this hotel .

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hardly able to sleep for the noise from the bar below or the street. Looks like a back lane but it's very busy.|Room was basic but really clean, towels changed daily. Think the bedding should have been changed whilst we were there but it's just a weekly change. |TV had no English channels. ||Good points: close to beach and shops.|Customer service was outstanding.|Free wifi which was excellent. |Food was lovely. |continental breakfast included and there was plenty to eat. The staff are super friendly and you can tell it is a family run palce. The bar downstairs has a great feel where locals get together. The rooms are big and very clean, the bed is very comfortable . I would stay there again without thinking.
