Great value for money... small but nice room... great host is owner Pedro, who was very helpful and always available... few minutes from beach... limited but very adequate breakfast... rooms a little noisy at night, which I expected, but didn't bother me... no AC but fan did the job...

I am staying at this hotel, room number 12. The balcony overlooks the main street, where there are cafes and shops. It's not noisy in the evening and at night. The room has everything you need, including shampoo and shower gel. Cleaning and towel changes are done every day. The breakfasts are good (two types of cereals, milk, cheeses, ham, various fruits, yogurts, several types of pastries, jams, and butter). There are many types of tea, and the coffee from the coffee machine is very tasty. The hotel is small but very clean, cozy, and conveniently located. The sea, numerous shops, and restaurants to suit any taste and budget are within walking distance. Senor Pedro, the owner of the hotel, is a wonderful person, ready to make your stay comfortable. I would be happy to return to this hotel. I recommend it.

Me and my friend stayed in 31. It’s our last day here and we love it, we want to return next year. Room with balcony is very nice, room kept clean and tidy and in a great location! Overall 10/10 place.

Recently stayed at these apartments nice welcome from Pedro. Room with a balcony on the 2nd floor everything was clean and what we expected, Breakfast was sufficient everything fresh. Apartments on a busy street occasional cars late at night plenty eating places close by also bars, not far from main part of lloret .10 min walk to beach. Maid service daily who was Pedro's daughter was also friendly. Definitely a plus point for a self catering holiday. Would recommend these apartments if going to Lloret De Mar.

Stayed a week in July, in busy Lloret is hard to find such cheap hotel in high season. ||No AC even fan, simple bath, no fridge, so do not expect any frills. Area is also very busy, noisy from street or neigbour hotels.||Manager Pedro is very kind, very helpfull with orientation or parking (attention: one way, very narrow street, only for get out/in to car)||Room small but clean, daily made with towells. Ants comes, when you leave crumbs on the floor, until next day cleaning...||Wifi OK, with minor drops, resolved by Pedro quickly. To nice beach and promenade about 800m. Cheap DÍA market around the corner.

Pedro and his daughter are two of the best hosts l have had the pleasure to meet.The rooms are excellent value clean and comfortable .There are many good reasonably priced restaurants nearby.We had a very pleasant stay.Alan and Wendy

I stayed here happily for 7 days, a little annoyed by ants in the room but to awake on the 8th night, on top of my bed NAKED due to heat, to find the manager standing over me at 0300 was scary and embarrassing. He wanted me to turn down my BBC news radio on my very quiet phone. I advise all to beware of this hotel. I do not know what his intentions were but left hotel next day.

This property is located in a very quiet and nice area of lloret de mar and close to the old town and main bus station from where you can get a bus to and from the airport,Barcelona and other resorts,my room was very clean and comfortable and the owner and his daughter were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good
