Pension Lena

Great localisation, sweet and warm host, very tidy, very cosy, not too loud around. There was my first apartment in Crete. Small tidy room with a bathroom. Small fridge inside, electric kettle. I have sweet memories attached to this place. March/april 2022.

Small but clean venetian style room. Easy acces , good communication with host. Very good position in the old town, 3 minutes acces to port area. With little luck you can find place to park near.

Very comfortable hotelroom for one person, or a couple. A cozy pension in the middle of the old town, on a pedestrian small street.

Lena's place was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The small room I stayed in (room 3) was absolutely perfect for my needs. It was quiet at night, very comfortable and well priced. Communication with Lena was very easy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very friendly host, helped us with a taxi from the airport. Central location right in the heart of Chania Old Town and very good value for money. Traditional style, old building but very clean and has everything you need.

Great location. Excellent value. Super friendly and helpful owner. Clean well furnished rooms or small homes. Close to excellent restarants shops beaches hiking. People are warm and family atmosphere. And an added benifit.....excellent Tango community with 2-3 Milongas a week. Will definitely go back. The only consideration I would advise about would be if you are restricted in climbing stairs some rooms homes would not be acessable to you.

Great host! Got a free room upgrade in a great location. The shower situation was interesting since one leaked and the other didn't have a door. Overall good experience.

Since you ask: The quality/price balance. You should either lower your prices (and definitely not charge extra for card payment) or update your facilites which are somewhat dated....It is also good to give invoice wether you get paid by card or by cash (regardless if It is requested or not by the customer)... No hard feeligs but this is the most dated place we have staied in creta and greece in the same price range (tessalonika, athens, retimo, heraklion etc...)
