We arrived in the early evening and could not reach anyone either in person or by phone. We could not get into the accommodation. I had to book another accommodation. I do not recommend it!!

We stayed only night in rooms 3 and 4 at this nice pension in mid August 2011. The owner is a correct Serbian speaking good English. The pension has a few rooms of a condominium inside a historic high seeling building with a nice garden behind and a fenced parking. The area is calm and crossing a park you are in historic center in 10 minitutes (or 15 if you enjoy your walk).||||Both rooms were very spacios and clean with large bathrooms. Breakfast is easily made up with the help of tea making facilities, a frige and a supermarket not far away. Didn't have chance to try out the pubs and eataries that are even closier.

I stayed here for 4 nights to attend a conference at the university. My room (room 5) was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small desk, kettle and fridge in the room (but no microwave or additional comfortable chairs as suggested by another reviewer and the photos). The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The windows of my room overlooked the neighbour's garden so the room was very quiet. ||There is a supermarket only 5 minutes walk away where you can buy breakfast provisions (you will need your own utensils though). The old town square is a very pleasant 15 minute walk through the neighbourhood streets and the gardens. It was a bit further to walk to the new university buildings and there are hotels which were closer to the conference venue but this was a cheap and comfortable option if you are self-funded and on a budget and don't require all the hotel facilities. There is free wifi in the room. The owner was also helpful and booked a taxi for me when I left. Recommended.

We stayed in this pension for 3 nights in room number 5, facing the garden. It's comfortable, clean and quiet; in a nice residential area just 10 mins walk from the old town. The showers were good and the kettle and fridge in the room was a bonus. The only small draw back was the mattress was a little too soft for my liking and the bed was a little on the small side. But all in all good value at 900 kc for the room.

Considering the price we paid, the service is good. The pension is an old place, nothing fancy, but the room was clean and spacy, with basic things to your disposal. Parking on the streets near the pension is possible.

This is a quiet, clean and simply (but usefully) furnished pension with a kind and courteous owner. We were in Room 3 which has a small lobby separating the bedroom from the bathroom which gives more privacy than is usually the case. There is parking space within the property but if you need to use your car, park on the street in case you get boxed in by other guests, but you don't need a car here if you are visiting Olomouc anyway, as the centre is a short walk across a pretty park. You have the advantages of being centrally placed but the area is the old villa quarter and is very quiet. I'd thoroughly recommend and we'll be coming back.||Katherine, Carrara

I took quite a time to decide between the Moravia and somewhere closer into town, but we made the right decision. The B&B, which is excellent value, is in a quiet, leafy suburb and the ten minute walk into town is very pleasant. As they don't do breakfast, there is a fridge, a kettle and a microwave in every room, but no plates or knives, so we had to improvise. Room 2 would have felt comfortable for three - or even four - people and had it's own balcony which was ideal for enjoying the local wine and other delicacies in the evening.||||The bus from the station takes the non-scenic route, but don't panic, you don't need to pass this way again!
