The owner is the nicest person we met amongst the many kind Austrians we interacted with during our 2-week road trip earlier this month. His large house is within walking distance from the city center, very well located with a nice view. Rooms are comfortable with good beds. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. We highly recommend! (indeed only cash is accepted, price around 250 EUR for two rooms and a total of 6 guests)

In a hurry to find a hotel available for the same night, we found a place at Pension Paula. We were welcomed kindly in English by the owner, which was very pleasant for us non-german speakers. The owner was very relaxed, we could arrive 10 mins after we called, and could do payment/information in the morning which was very considerate. We got the key (that also opens the front door so you can come and go as you please) and the information. We paid €95 for a double room for one night with breakfast!!, which was cheaper than all other options tried. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse. The chocolate cake is recommended :). Because of the flexible reception, the kind attitude of the host and the very good price/quality ratio, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a cozy place with a good breakfast and in a quiet setting. The view from the rooms is very nice.

Be careful they will ask you to pay cash and double the price !!! We were asked to pay the same price than a 4 stars hotel at check out in cash !!! Without warning for a very basic pension . Breakfast was not good very limited options not an Austrian breakfast no toiletries in bathroom only hand towels . Be careful scam impossible to have a receipt Avoid !

A 7-15 of us go there from the USA and Hungary every year in March for 5 days over 10 years for some of us. We ski. The place is clean, quiet, simple, quality and inexpensive. Customer service is great. Family owned.

Location is fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful. You feel welcome and rooms are spacious, clean and bathroom as well. Parking is tight but good. At night it’s very quiet. All in all very good experience.

Quiet neighbourhood slightly further from town but still accessible. Typical clean Austrian rooms, some of which were family friendly. Great views across the river toward town at affordable prices.

Yelp
Very friendly, clean and nice bed & breakfast, owned by a family. You can reach the centre within 10-15 minutes. Free WiFi available.

Yelp
Recently we (2A/1K) stayed overnight in the pension Paula. We really liked it very well. Registration, reservation and also our stay were accomplished professionally and very friendly. The pension is quite small - and without evening program etc. - however, whoever does not need the typical tourist Halligalli will like it. It is small, clean and cosy, let's you feel at home for a few days. TV had not been available in our room - but it seems there is WLAN available in the breakfast room. We did not try out. Heading towards the center of town, you can enjoy a beautiful footpath along the river Inn. In about 20 minutes you will reach the Golden Roof - even with kids! The breakfast was very good and fresh, however fruits were missing to us. Therefore we give 4 stars - would there be a 4,5 stars rating, we would have given it. Result: Whoever looks for a freindly, clean and neat place a bit away from the tourist spots, enjoys the beautiful view may get the best place to stay for a few nights. ...and us? - we will visit again. (By the way, the photo is the view from our room over Innsbruck).
