Had a great stay here for a couple days. - Service: Top tier, the person I spoke on arrival told me all the best places, hidden spots and overrated spots. Cleaning facilities every day, and all of the staff were extremely welcoming, accommodating - Rooms: Exactly what I wanted when solo travelling on a budget. A clean, private room with a balcony onto a quaint street with all the amenities you'd need (fridge, shower, table/chairs, TV, shelves). You shouldn't be expecting large en suite bathrooms, inclusive breakfasts, etc. when staying here, just somewhere that feels safe and can facilitate you for your stay while you explore the city. - Location: Couldn't really be better. Right in the heart of the city. Less than a minute from the seafront, 5 mins from Old Town, 10 mins from the bus station. Despite it being in a central area, it is extremely quiet.

Stayed here for two nights with family and it was a very good experience, the room came with everything you need including a hairdryer plus it was immaculately clean and comfortable with friendly hosts. The location was perfect, situated in the centre of San Sebastián and for the price paid there is no complaints at all. Would recommend 100%.

This is an excellent place to stay. Perfect location, I would say one of the best, close to everything. The room is indeed very small but clean quiet and tidy and you wouldn't really stay much inside except for sleeping in such a great place as San Sebastian. Very friendly staff, easy to go in with digital locks, no-problem wifi, good value for money. Overall I was very happy with my stay and woukd definitely recommend the place.

What a lovely place and overall location. Room was cozy and comfortable. Showers are like in most of Europe … don’t drop the soap 😅. Iñaki was super nice and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommended, 10/10!

The host is a super friendly chap and he recommended a few great spots to visit. This accommodation is excessively convenient and near the shopping mall, restaurants and the bus to the airport. Not to miss the La Concha is a stone throw away from this stay.

Tiny room, but super clean. For it's rate, super value. Owner is super friendly and helpful. *Just don't go to the tapas bar he recommended.

Iñaki was very friendly and accomodating when checking in. He gave us a map of the city and shared some of his favorite spots. The space was kept immaculately clean, even the TV remote was wrapped in plastic to help keep it clean. The beds were very soft and quite comfortable, but the sheets were a bit scratchy. Every time someone walked by our room it sounded like they were trying to come in, but otherwise it was quiet. The location is nice, only a short walk from old town and all the pintxos and txakoli.

Excellent location near the beach and the old town for restaurants, and typical tourist sites.|My room was small and a bit awkward to move around in, the bed comfortable. My room had a small, indoor “balcony” with lacy white curtains. But for privacy and darkness, there was a thick curtain btwn the balcony and the rest of the room, a thoughtful touch. |Owner (?) Iñaki was an excellent host: he called the taxi for me, and he researched bus schedules. |Tips: Although Iñaki is present most of the time, there is no 24-hour reception. Instead, you’ll get 3 keys: to the bldg, to the hostal door, and to your room.|
