Reception:|Sarah addressed our concerns with great professionalism.|There are only stairs at the front of the building, no ramp.||Room / facilities:|Room number 512 is on the 5th floor and is clean as this room is on the 5th floor and has a “Salvation Army“ building view, makes the room quiet, late night or early morning.||Self control air conditioning with a window that opens.||The room has two, not so comfortable single beds joined to make a king bed, 4x pillows, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and safe, hanging hooks and bag storage area, desk and lamp and chair, plus a small single chair. Plenty of power outlets for use and charge devices, large flat screen TV and very weird remote control. |There is a 100% block out blind with no curtains, this also makes the room very dark in the morning if the blind is most of the way down. Despite the window being closed, air still enters the room via gaps between the window and frame.||The bathroom is cosy and contains a shower, toilet and vanity. There are no hand towels provided, but a floor mat and 2x face washers.||Wifi:|Complementary and good speed. Password required.||Breakfast:|Available for additional cost, but not utilised on this stay.||Conclusion:|Central location, helpful staff.||Letdowns:|Bed and pillows are not as comfortable as i would have liked.|TV remote challenging to initially work out, lack of sheer curtain for privacy.|There is no ramp at the hotel entrance for people in wheelchairs or those travellers with luggage bags which need to be carried up the stairs.||Location / Nearby:|Perth City and its offerings, restaurants, McDonalds, supermarkets and train station in Hay St Mall.||Getting to hotel:|If arriving by car, best use GPS
