Pensione Hotel Perth

We had a fantastic stay at the Pensione Hotel Perth, perfectly located in the CBD just a short walk from Perth Central Station. With plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, everything you need is right on your doorstep. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. Gopu and his team were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and generous with their time. Nothing was too much trouble, and Gopu truly went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the on-site laundry facilities are a great added convenience. Perth itself is full of friendly people — if you’re thinking of visiting, this is a wonderful place to stay! Greg & Emma

I was very impressed with this hotel. I stayed for one night on a Perth international flight layover and was ungraded from a petite queen room to a king room. My room had a fridge and Urban Jungle brand pump bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the bathroom plus a great hairdryer. Two free bottles of water were provided in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was appreciated, but the windows also opened which was nice. Block out blinds helped make the room comfortable for sleeping. The location is perfect and a short walk from the station although some of this is uphill. The free bus to Kings Park is only 1.5 blocks away. After check out I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I explored the city and before heading back to the airport. One things to note is there one cafe nearby that opens on a Sunday morning before 9am if you are looking for an early breakfast which I was because of the time difference from the east coast.. As noted in other reviews the staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Around 8 mins to the Perth station. Flat street. Around 9 aud by uber. The location is not so good compared to other same level hotels in the region. The service is good. They let me check in at 12:00 when I arrived at the hotel at around 7:00. It was pity that even I requested for early checkin I could not check in when I arrived. The room is spacious. The bathroom is not so good. The shower water pressure is not good enough and the water flows out of the shower booth making the toiley floor wet all the time even adjusting the shower head to the corner. Not much noise from the street but the noise from neighbor and corridor is bothersome as the bunging noise of doors is loud.

Lovely clean hotel in Perth cbd. Open 24/7. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean, fresh sheets, good shower with conditioner, shampoo and body wash. Jug for making hot drinks and a little fridge. I would stay here again if I was visiting Perth again.

The queen twin room was clean and spacious enough for two. Great location since it's right in Perth city, making it easy to travel around. The staff was friendly, and we were able to check-in early at around 11AM since the room was already available so that was nice. Had daily complimentry tea & coffee, hair-dryer, and a safe. Deposit took around a month to return, might be because we used a debit card instead of a credit card, but it's not a major issue. Overall a great experience.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. During check-in, the receptionist even gave us some candies, which was a really nice and funny surprise 😊 The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed 3N there & everything was great. We couldn’t get a taxi so we took the airport train to the hotel instead. Cheap & just a short walk to the hotel once we alight at train station shown on Google map. Glad we didn’t take the taxi. The hotel location has a few bus stops that have free Perth city buses to take that gets you to many parts of Perth to sight see. Walking is also an option & you can get to Hay Street & Murray Street etc within 10-15 min. Just walk & shop along your way. Room is super clean & we were very well rested every night as we slept so well. Love the microwave that is at the reception. We bought yummy food for breakfast from Coles & Woolsworth to be heated up in the morning.

A pleasant enough place, enjoyed room service. Delicious brownie cake with icecream. Great view, huge bed. Loved the toiletaries.

The best place to stay if there's anything that needs attending to in the city. Especially if you book early via Agoda.com Strategically located and just love the compactness and coziness of the hotel and moneys worth when booked via Agoda.

Had a wonderful stay here. One night in a queen room for $98! On the 5th floor with a window that actually opens so was able to get fresh air! The room was small but the bed was so comfortable! Had tea and coffee making. Also being a booking.com user I got a late 1pm check out which was amazing! I was really happy to give a $100 cash deposit most hotels require 150-200 that gets frozen and can take 5 days! So this was great to be able to hand over cash and get it back when I checked out! The staff were friendly and would definitely stay again. Right in the heart of the city close to bars and McDonald's.

This hotel was a bag of surprises, not only is room service between unreasonable hours, there is little to no parking, no mention of complimentary gifts or offers, for a double room there is barely any breathing space, no room for clothes or bags. Pillows were hard and underneath sheets there was an abundance of hairs - to wake up and know I've slept on that all night doesn't instill a good nights rest. Biggest fail was the fact the windows weren't polarised or tinted so I could visibly see into my room from the street.
