A great location for everything central. The room was compact but clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to George and Nina for being so welcoming. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Perth.

I was impressed by the modern interior design of the lobby and hotel rooms. Kettle, refrigerator and tea bags provided. I would recommend this hotel as it is located in the city centre—walking distance to the train station, underground and Main Street. The downside would be only stairs in the front entrance, not quite user friendly when carrying suitcases. Also noise from the street at night even I lived on the fifth floor.

Lovely soft bed. Nice body wash. Room needed ventilation when we arrived but nil issue. |Close to cbd ammenities and train station. |Lovely staff at reception - they gave us an umbrella because it was raining one afternoon. |Would stay again!!

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable! The hotel is right in the CBD as well. Great location. Negative: The room was a little bit small but it really didn't matter because it was such nice room and very comfortable bed.

Located ideally, this place is situated right in the heart of the city which made it convenient to explore various attractions and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pensione to anyone looking for a centrally located, cozy and a welcoming place to stay in Perth.

Very clean, polite staff. Conveniently located right in the Perth CBD. Will definitely stay again. |Room was just what we needed, very quiet. We stayed a total 3 nights and our room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. It was cleaned, when they saw us leave for the day.

Ideal central location with safe secured parking available onsite. Room was compact, minimalist, but well climate controlled and solid doors. 24 HR front desk, very handy. Onsite laundry. Room was Priced below all similar local venues at the time. Truly appreciated the comfort safety and security my week at this hotel allowed me, earlier this year.

Reception:|Sarah addressed our concerns with great professionalism.|There are only stairs at the front of the building, no ramp.||Room / facilities:|Room number 512 is on the 5th floor and is clean as this room is on the 5th floor and has a “Salvation Army“ building view, makes the room quiet, late night or early morning.||Self control air conditioning with a window that opens.||The room has two, not so comfortable single beds joined to make a king bed, 4x pillows, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and safe, hanging hooks and bag storage area, desk and lamp and chair, plus a small single chair. Plenty of power outlets for use and charge devices, large flat screen TV and very weird remote control. |There is a 100% block out blind with no curtains, this also makes the room very dark in the morning if the blind is most of the way down. Despite the window being closed, air still enters the room via gaps between the window and frame.||The bathroom is cosy and contains a shower, toilet and vanity. There are no hand towels provided, but a floor mat and 2x face washers.||Wifi:|Complementary and good speed. Password required.||Breakfast:|Available for additional cost, but not utilised on this stay.||Conclusion:|Central location, helpful staff.||Letdowns:|Bed and pillows are not as comfortable as i would have liked.|TV remote challenging to initially work out, lack of sheer curtain for privacy.|There is no ramp at the hotel entrance for people in wheelchairs or those travellers with luggage bags which need to be carried up the stairs.||Location / Nearby:|Perth City and its offerings, restaurants, McDonalds, supermarkets and train station in Hay St Mall.||Getting to hotel:|If arriving by car, best use GPS
