Booked this place based on good reviews and it does look very good. Although i never actually checked in due to a mix up on the dates and I contacted them about this and received no response. Had no faith in checking out of patong beach and having the room available at pensiri for the final night. But they did contact me to guarantee the booking by card.. I did this.. then they deleted the message.. then I noticed 50% PayPal 48h before arrival and 50% cash on arrival. Messaged them numerous times asking if I can pay IN FULL before arriving or in full on arrival. Maybe 4 5 or 6 messages sent with zero reply. It may look good and the reviews look good too but I had a single night near the airport for my last night and did not get a reply. One page said check in on 12th.. another page said 13th. Then booking. Com got the day mixed up when they contacted the property for me and somehow suggested that it is fine to check in on 14th. Communication skills are non existent. Wont use either property or service again unless absolutely necessary.

Great!We booked a room for one night as we had an early flight the day after. Very nice room with a little balcony. Good shower, clean and very good location. 5 min away from a beautiful beach. A bit noisy at night time in the room that face the street.I would recommend Pensiri, worth the money. 😀

A super ideal place to stay in Nai Yang. The beds are soft (compared with the rock hard beds you wil find on your travels in Thailand) the rooms clean and location brilliant. It’s close to the beach and the night market is walkable in 12/15 minutes aswell. There are a few restaurant options ultra close by and many many many restaurants 5 minutes away at the beach front. The owners ( I think they are the owners ) are super friendly. They arrange a taxi for a good price if you are leaving for the airport and probably anywhere you like to go. 100% recommended and will definitely be back when I travel to Nai Yang again. I stayed in 2 different rooms due to me arriving to Thailand there and leaving again 3 weeks later. Both amazing rooms. They were quit and very spacious

Absolutely amazing budget friendly hotel close to nayiang beach. I stayed for 14 nights for ~270€ through booking.com and I could not have done better. Only thing I would not recommend is that this hotel is far away from Patong where everything happens 😅 but other than that totally amazing, great value for money.

Cannot rate this lovely hotel highly enough, our second visit & have already booked again for next year.||The location for the airport is great, however the beach of nai yang is literally a few minutes walk away as ars the restaurants, bars & shops.||The hotel is very friendly & helpful in particular the lovely lady on reception called A she is super warm & friendly.||Cleaning is done every day to a very high standard.||Really happy with our stay here & looking forward to our return.

My family and I, including my wife and daughter, stayed here for three nights. While the rooms and facilities were average, the owner of the hotel, a wonderful lady and very kind, made our stay delightful. I was satisfied with our stay. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away and is ideal for families with young children. Most of the tourists here also had kids, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Additionally, the prices were reasonable.

Read a few bad reviews of this place recently and I didn’t understand them after staying here. The rooms are big and incredibly clean with no signs of mold anywhere, even inside the ac unit. Perfect nights sleep in a nice neighbourhood. 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect.
