Pensiunea Dracula

I only visited the museum here. The exhibits are excellent, and the 20-minute film includes English subtitles. It's informative and well-made. Overall, the experience is well worth the entry fee.

It was a great camp experience. They were really cool with the kids and patient. The beds were comfortable, the food at the restaurant was excellent and it had a great variety of foods to choose from. The bad thing it was the fact that it was not cheap at all. For just a week we payed 1600 lei and pver all this money, the fun stuff wasnt included. We had to pay more!

We loved our stay in Pensiunea Dracula. It was only one night stay, but we will definitely be back. Was October, week day, so not busy, we had the spa for ourselves and another family. The food is absolutely delicious, prices are very fair, and breakfast, OMG so good and soooo much food.

An exceptional choice for visiting this wonderful region of Romania. Bibi (Vivek), the waiter, did an amazing job. He's very friendly and paid a lot of effort to suit all of our needs and demands.

Went here on a 2 day school roadtrip. The rooms were acceptable at best , beeing slightly small and with bad beds. But my biggest , and very serious problem was the food. It was terrible , with cheap options at the buffet, which were clearly thrown together dishes. Both the evening and morning meals were barely edible. Dont come here if you enjoy good food , or dont want several skin rashes later! At least the location wasn't bad.

We stayed for 3 days at Pensiunea Dracula and the accommodation was decent. The rooms could use some new furniture and the top level rooms could use an upgrade on hot water demand. When all the rooms below shower there is no water pressure on the attic rooms. The swimming pool was great, so was the sauna and SPA, not too crowded. Playroom is most welcomed. You can choose to sit inside or outside when you have your meals which is always a good option. Food was also great, time to serve was fairly short and they provide great service. The staff was fantastic: polite, helpful and happy to please. The place is located just 3 km from Poenari and around 6-7 km from Vidraru Dam. This are the main attractions in the area. I would definitely come back for a weekend. Enjoy.
