The beds very confortables, the room luxurious and the food super super tasty. The staff friendly and helpfull. So we thank you for making our stay delightful.

Wonderful service at the restaurant. Radu attended us in a really nice and welcoming way.

Although we arrived at different times and very late, all of us were welcomed. We found everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Iulian!! The rooms were beautiful, extremely clean, and the a/c worked. We were offered help at every turn and truly had a chance to relax. The breakfast was also delicious and one night was too short! All of our wishes were fulfilled.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the huge language barrier. Staff understood little or no English. I called twice to book from the UK but language barrier again, so my Romanian friend physically went there to secure the booking. Room was clean and food excellent.

This was the best experience I could ever get from a 4-star hotel. The atmosphere was incredible, the food was delicious (the menu was also very rich in food options) and the rooms were very clean and provided with A/C. The waiters at the restaurant were very friendly and humorous, which made the restaurant experience very pleasant. Also, the hotel is near Târgu-Neamț in case you need to go to the city, and it is also an hour away from Cheile Bicazului. Best hotel I've ever stood at. I wish I could go here again.

My wife and I have been customers at the Eden Pensiune for several years. We are always greeted by their pleasant staff. We always have a sense that they pay great attention to service, ambiance, and impeccable menu at their restaurant. We always leave Eden Pensiune satisfied and rejuvenated.

Excellent place good looks,the price for food is good and the food itself is wonderful, and the interior decorations are also awesome,the service and waiters are so nice and helpful.Would go again for sure!
