Pensiunea Ruxi

From the moment we arrived at Pension Ruxy, we felt truly welcome. Mr. Spiro, our wonderful host, greeted us warmly and even recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant, La Conac, just 400 meters away — excellent food, great service, and calm music, perfect for a relaxing evening. Our room was cozy and very quiet, spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom, a new air conditioner (which we didn’t even need to use — the night was pleasantly cool). We simply opened the window, which has a mosquito net, and enjoyed a wonderful night’s sleep on a comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows. The free parking inside the property or next to the property is available. In the morning, we woke up and Mr. Spiro had already made us coffee, waiting on a little cozy veranda decorated with beautiful local pottery. If we will visit this town we will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

If u want to relax and have a good time, this it's the place, u have so many things u can visit while staying here, Great service, Great experience, Lovely people here Only thing : u have no food to order at the Pension Ruxy, You have lots of places to dine out, just look for restaurants in Google maps and it's a short 10 to 20 minutes walk to them.

We had an excellent time at Pensiunea Ruxi as we were traveling through town and needed to spend the night. The hosts are super nice and friendly, and they are very keen on making your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean, safe, and decently equipped, there is a shared fridge with plenty of room and freezer, and the bathroom is also very clean with a spacious shower cabin. We did not pay for breakfast, but since we asked for hot water in the morning, we also got 2 pre-packaged croissants, unexpectedly. The property also has some parking both in the yard and outside. The only negative I could possibly mention is that the pension is a bit far from the city center. However, by car it took us about 5 minutes to get there, and parking was easy, so this was not a problem. Also, we enjoyed a good quiet night's sleep here due to the location, so all in all I highly recommend staying here!

It is located a 15-minute easy walk from the train station, and a 10 min of the city centre. |The guesthouse's terrace is full of flowers, it delights the eye!|I booked a room for 2 people for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday. The room was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. |In the bathroom, the shower cubicle had a problem with the drain: water remained accumulated between the cubicle and the toilet bowl after the shower was used (room 12). |There is a shared refrigerator in the hallway for customers. We didn't use it but it can be seen that it is useful to many of those who stay.|On the first day when I arrived, there were problems with the wifi connection, but by the evening they were resolved.|The hosts are very kind.|A small but much appreciated detail: 2 coffees with milk and 2 croissants were included in the room price every morning.

During our trip to the Danube Delta we have stopped - again in Curtea de Arges - this time at this pension. ||Location - Negru Voda street - gas station in 100 m from the premises ... with a small shop. Several rooms available - spacious and clean .. with a sparkling bathroom. Simple but functional , with a small TV in the room and strong Wi-Fi available. ||Parking in the courtyard - available free of charge ||Room - comfortable bed , clean room , the bathroom of decent size with shower booth and very clean. ||No restaurant on the premises but you can order from the restaurants in Curtea de Arges. Also in walking distance there are a few restaurants available.||Prices - pocket friendly and the owners are awesome upon arrival they offered a welcome drink on the house and they were very helpful and friendly. You can pay either cash either with credit card. ||Overall a very good place to stay , if you need accommodation in Curtea de Arges and you are not looking for luxury this can be the ideal place for you.

When I arrived this day of september I just see this women smiling. No need to look for anything else, I knew I've found the perfect place for me. ||Not a pension like an hotel. A place where the all family is warm and welcoming. You can chat and have good time. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. My bycicle were secured in the garde.||I recommend to take the breakfast (it's an extra). You will have energy and smile for the full day ! I'm sure I rode the Transfagarasan in one day by bike just thanks to this breakfast (egg, fried cheese, vegetables, ham, toasts, jam, yogurt, croissant, fruit, pancakes...)||Thanks for hosting me and I'm waiting for you in France!

Warm welcome and good conditions for a cheap price. The owners/staff are very friendly, they only charged us for the room in the morning and we could leave only after they served us free coffee and biscuits. Very spacious room, with an extra bed, in case you're travelling with kids.

Now, this motel takes hospitality to another level. The staff are very friendly, they help with everything and are genunine in doing so. This is the type of treatment you want as a guest. There are English speaking staff as well. ||Rooms are clean and fresh. The overall facilities were great. |We really enjoyed our stay here, and warmly recommend it to anyone passing through or staying for a while.
