We stayed just one night and it was an excellent experience. The room and bathroom were very spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and even the extra bed had a great-quality mattress, which we truly appreciated since we were three people. I loved the hotel’s atmosphere: the reception combined with the bar gives it a modern and relaxed vibe, with pool tables and plenty of food and drink options. Breakfast was another highlight: very complete, with different egg options, sausages, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, a variety of breads, juices, cold cuts, and hams. A perfect start to the day. The location was also ideal – not right in the city center but close enough to get there easily on foot or by public transport. Overall, a hotel with great ambiance, comfort, and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Penta Hotel left a very positive impression. The hotel offers a good balance of price and quality: the rooms are comfortable, clean, and moderately stylish without being overdone, which creates a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and positive, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is also excellent - close to main amenities, transport connections, and interesting places, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a great choice for comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price.

Our junior suite that should fit three contained a large double bed and a cot, our infant was far too big for a cot, we were misled into thinking the room would have a double bed and a sofa bed. Food at the hotel was slow but tasty. Our room was right above the bar making it very noisy into the late hours of the night. Not ideal for families.

They claim to have room service, but in reality, you have to go to the reception, pay there, and then carry your order to your own room! The hotel is extremely old and falling apart. The carpets are filthy, and there are yellow stains inside the bathtub. The curtains are dusty, and the staff are incredibly rude. After parking our car at night, we tried to enter through the hotel’s private parking gate, but no one opened the door—completely irresponsible. The room was freezing cold; when we asked for heating, they mockingly offered to bring us a small electric heater. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel—I truly regret staying here.

Lovely hotel in a good location very close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are pool tables and a lively bar on ground level. Didn’t have breakfast there, instead I highly recommend Stella across the road for that. I did have the Angus burger in the hotel which did make me feel nauseous, so maybe avoid that! The other slight criticism is the gym - it’s tiny, the AC was not working, dumbbells are missing and one of the few machines available was broken.

I was quite surprised that this hotel is rated as a 4-star property. Positives: The room, bathroom, and bed were all spacious, which I appreciated. Negative Aspects of My Stay: 1. Lack of Basic Services and Hospitality: I arrived late at night when all nearby shops were closed. I asked the reception for some essentials: First, I requested a pair of slippers, but was told that they are only provided for guests staying in suites, not regular rooms. Then I asked for a toothbrush, but they informed me that they don’t offer that either. On the day of check-out, my flight was scheduled for late at night. I asked if I could check out slightly later, but they declined, explaining that new guests were expected, which I understood. However, when I asked if there was any space where I could briefly pray for just a few minutes, they said there was absolutely no such facility available anywhere in the hotel. 2. Room Condition: The room was carpeted, but the carpet was extremely dirty and heavily stained. It was very unpleasant, which is why I requested slippers in the first place. 3. Lack of In-Room Amenities: The room didn’t include even the most basic amenities. There was no kettle to make tea or coffee, which is typically expected even in lower-rated hotels. While the room was spacious, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of basic services, poor cleanliness, and limited hospitality. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star rating.

The rooms are simple. Not the cleanest. The main floor has a good bar, pool tables, music. Breakfast was great. Several options including vegan and gluten free.
