We stayed here for three nights right after Christmas. The rooms are spacious with nice furniture; while the decor feels a bit dated and shows some wear, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The large windows are a great feature, though the TV channels weren't working during our stay (despite the smart infotainment system functioning fine). One significant downside was the heating—it wasn't efficient enough for the winter cold, especially in the middle of the night.
Service-wise, I had a mixed experience. On the second day, the hot water pressure in the shower became very weak. I informed reception, and while they promised to look into it, I never received an update and the problem was never resolved. This was disappointing for a 4-star establishment. Additionally, it was the first 4-star hotel I’ve visited without a phone in the room, which was confusing since the infotainment system still lists various internal phone numbers and options.
On the positive side, the self-check-in/out process was smooth, and the lobby bar staff were very friendly. I also highly appreciated the 24-hour gym; it’s small but well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent—high-quality products, great coffee, and fresh juices, even if the selection was a bit repetitive.
The location is great, with a lovely coffee shop right in front and a high-end shopping zone just 10 minutes away. Overall, a nice stay, but the room temperature and the unresolved maintenance issues were letdowns.
