Nice decent hotel in good location near MRT station and surrounded by shopping malls with lots of dining options. Hotel buffet breakfast available at RMB50 although spread is not too fancy but for the price is reasonable. Room is clean but furnishing is abit dated. Staff service is good and polite. Overall a good and pleasant stay.

Excellent location clean and comfortable hotel. The decor and furniture needed to updates to get higher standard. Breakfast was average and I wouldn't book the breakfast during my stay if I go again as there's so many restaurants nearby and we can have different breakfast every day. The hotel linked to the shopping centre so it's very convenient with excellent transport links as underground is only crossed road.

We had a very enjoyable time in this hotel. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The hotel was clean, and rooms were generous in size. The facilities were pleasant and conveniently located next to the line 2 & 5 metro station and right by many shopping malls and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel itself is conveniently located - near subway, got 3 big shopping malls nearby, but doesn’t get the restrictions or traffic associated with being near the most popular tourist sites. Check-in was smooth, but the perfume/ fragrance smell in the lobby area and by elevators is overwhelming. Elevators work well. Carpet on corridors and main area of the room isn’t very suitcase friendly. Rooms are spacious but wish there were more charging outlets. The air con had only two modes available when we booked (late April), we were given a fan when we said the room is too hot. One evening there was no water when we got back from sightseeing, then had to wait a long time before it turned warm. There was a power outage in the middle of one night as well. Room service was very good (wonton soup is amazing). Didn’t sign up for breakfast as it seemed to pricy to local options available nearby. Overall I liked the hotel, but it wasn’t a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tongpai. Near metro, just across the street. The metro also connects to a shopping center across the hotel. Good location, easy to go anywhere. We didn't take the breakfast but there are some nice shops selling breakfast around the neighbourhood. Connected to shopping center at level 5. Although it was rather cold in April, the room temperature was just right. All basic amenities available, clean and very value for money. A lot of international crowd. Everything was perfect! 👍👍

Good location, close to metro station. Easy access to most of the attractions. Helpful staff. Nice breakfest. Restaurant on place available on evening hours with beverages and drinks. Perfect place for families. Good point to explore Beijing.

Since we had arrived before the check-in time, we were allowed to leave our luggage. But when we came back and asked for help with our suitcases the receptionist said that he couldn't assist us. Our rooms were quite clean with AC and all the necessary amenities. We stayed on the 15th floor with a beautiful view. One of the main advantages is that you can get to the shopping mall by elevator from the hotel. And all this is next to the metro station. The staff hardly speaks English.

The hotel is located in a great area with many restaurants, food stalls and malls available within very close walking distance. There is a convenience store directly next door. We were greeted on arrival by reception worker Helen, who speaks perfect English and from the moment of arrival displayed the greatest hospitality I have ever seen in all my travels. Not only assisting us with our rooms, Helen went above and beyond to help arrange a driver for a private tour for Mutianyu and the Summer Palace at a much less cost than booking through a platform and followed up to ensure that our entire stay was perfect. She also located my father in laws glasses when he misplaced them! All hotel workers should aspire to provide the service that Helen has shown myself and family. We will definitely return to this hotel, a big reason being to enjoy the hospitality from Helen and the great location for seeing the sights of Beijing. Thank you so much!!!☺️🙏
