This is my second stay at this hotel.
For Tuen Mun, the location is very convenient — it is close to both the Light Rail (Ho Tin stop) and the West Rail Line, making it easy to get around.
The hotel is converted from a former industrial building, so the exterior looks a bit plain. However, the lobby is spacious with a nice industrial feel, and guests can even borrow a pool table for leisure.
The room size is considered large by Hong Kong standards. It comes well-equipped with a desk, sofa and coffee table. I especially like that there is no carpet, which makes the room feel cleaner.
The bathroom layout, with separate shower and toilet areas, is also practical and comfortable.
However, the only downside was that I noticed visible dark stains on the bedsheets, and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.
The gym is well-equipped with sufficient facilities for a basic workout.
One point I would like to highlight is that I was informed a local phone call would cost HKD 7 per call, so I chose not to use the service. This was a bit unexpected, as such charges are less commonly seen in other hotels in Hong Kong.
Overall, a good value stay in this area.
