Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun

We had a wonderful stay at Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. (Thanks to housekeeping team 海燕 and Hedy) The location was also great, close to everything we needed. Thank you to the hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very close to MRT location and Airport Bus. From Airport to Hotel is less than 45 minutes. Airport bus only costed $15.7 HKD. Room is clean and very good size for traveler with multiple luggage’s. I can open my luggage’s and still have room to walk.

Let me share my honest review regarding my stay at Pentahotel Tuen Mun 2 Dec to 7 Dec 2025 Firstly, we requested for adjoining room but was not available. Was not told to us, no adjoining rooms available, until the day we checked-in (only when we asked the reception again). Secondly, reason why we chose this hotel is because, agoda ad shows that Pentahotel Tuen Mun does have Pentalounge, cafe and halal food available in the hotel itself. To a disappointment, we were told there's NO CAFE, NO ROOM SERVICE whatsoever in that hotel (only to discover this during check-in) Was told my receptionist (given a map), to turn left at the entrance of the hotel, to find a mall which has halal thai food. When we tried to google the menu, all the thai restaurants selling pork. This leads us having to walk about 30mins +/- searching for halal food around that area, which we eventually found Habib's (and got scammed/massively overcharged that night) Thirdly, this hotel's toilet does NOT have any locks and anyone in the room and peep through the sliding door when it's occupied. This is very uncomfortable, I dare not shower for "too long" Forth, when we moved the bed slightly to the side, under the bed was sooooooo dusty with alot of used tissue, rubbish and wrappers. I had to wipe the floor myself. Lastly, there is no big bin or recycling bin outside the hotel. Had to pass my rubbish to the reception, which I feel quite bad for the staffs working over the counter. The ONLY positive comment i say about this hotel, the housekeepers cleaned our toilet, clear the bin (in the room) and made the bed daily. Thank you! Will I come back? No. Will I recommend this hotel? No.

Awesome option for a holiday! The hotel is located near the town centre, with a first aid centre, a fire station and a police station nearby, and you can get a spacious room with smart furnishings to allow you to organise your life intuitively, the integrated gym is awesome for workouts and you can utilise the wardrobe and other furnishings to organise your items in categories. If you are thirsty, you can easily get cool water from the hydration stations near the lifts. Once you check in, you get a warm, welcoming feeling of returning home.

Can’t fault this place, prime location next to west rail, bus terminal, light rail and v city mall. The room is spacious with all the necessities required and we got a steal of a price for approx HKD700 per night x7 nights in mid Oct 2025. The reception and house keeping team were friendly and provided a good service so overall highly recommending this hotel.

There are two hotels side by side, and I decided to give this one a try. I found the rooms is decent in size, but I am not a fan of the bathroom door which is a heavy metal sliding door. With a bit lack of maintenance or design, it makes noise when you open or close it. The shower is a bit weak. The bed is comfortable. It’s really convenient as it’s next to the MTR station, should be less than 5 mins walk.

Great hotel in Tuen Mun. About a 3min walk to the MRT station, which is then connected to V City, Tuen Mun Town Plaza, and Aeon (large department store). There are only 2 hotels in Tuen Mun - the other one is Hotel Cozi. I have stayed at both and prefer Pentahotel over Hotel Cozi (though others have mentioned that Pentahotel is more warehouse style and Hotel Cozi is more traditional style hotel). The room was clean and everything worked as it should have. I don't have any issues with it but of course, this is not going to have as amenities or be as luxurious as other hotels on Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. I will stay here again if I visit Tuen Mun. The pricing is competitive.
