The hotel isn’t very hard to find. If you come in the summer, like me, the hotel’s lobby will be your saving grace because there’s AC blasting in your face (also the lobby smells really good for some reason). I got a three-bed room. Room came with slippers and tea. The room has a minimalist and modern feel to it. The restroom is really nice and feels clean. The restroom has shampoo and body wash mounted on the shower wall. There’s also a hair dryer and two soap bars. The hotel gave me an extra toilet paper. The hotel is implementing an environmentally-friendly policy and so they didn’t provide shower caps and other plastic resources. One thing I wished they provided was a bath robe, even though there’s only a shower lol. Oh, and surprisingly there’s no recycling bin but there’s two trash cans. The room also has a kettle and a fridge but not a microwave.

This hotel has become my go-to choice whenever I visit Hong Kong. While it’s slightly removed from the city center, the trade-offs are well worth it. (Larger room sizes and more affordable rates compared to hotels in more central areas.)The room is clean, cozy, and well-suited for all types of travelers. The hotel features a functional 24-hour gym, and there are convenient food options and a convenience store nearby. It’s also just a 5-minute walk from the Tuen Mun MTR station, which provides easy access to the rest of the city.Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay that offers great value without compromising on quality.

The hotel in a convenient location, walking distance to MTR station and shopping mall. The room is big enough and new with stylish design. Cleaning will done by May daily on our stays. Good service and polite😊

They only clean where u can see in the room. The air con vent, some corners around the bathroom door, the rail for hanging clothes, etc are full of dust. There is mould around the bathroom door. I don't think they clean the above spots at all since opening. The duvet is heavy and feel cheap. The room temp is high even adjusted it to 18C. Only good thing is the large bed. Do not recommend.

Rooms are good, quite clean. Though they dont offer bottles of water on first day. There is no lending of items such as travel adapter for period of stay. Location is good. Rooms are cleaned daily, our room was serviced by Ms Mei, who is fantastic, quick in and out and kept the place tidy and neat. Front desk team is helpful. Will recommend to come back again.

Overall, my wife's and my experience at Penta Hotel in Tuen Mun Hong Kong was very good. The housekeeping staff did a good job helping us with special needs. The front desk staff was very good in meeting our needs as well. The room was spacious and the small couch was an added touch. The desk was used and very needed by my wife. But I wish that metal desk chair was more comfortable using some kind of cushion on the seat.

Staff are very nice and helpful! I arrived early due to my flight. Front desk very helpful and check in early for me and upgraded. Room is clean and big. I really like is hardwood floor. Cleaning staff are nice. I requested late check out due to car pick up and no issues. There is restaurant downstairs. Light rail and west rail station very close by. Walkable distance to the shopper center. Police and fire station across the hotel feel safe . Most important only take 20 mins to airport by car ride. I recommend to anyone for this hotel when stay in HK

The hotel is located at a very convenient place, where the MTR & bus terminal is less than 5 minutes walk away. It is also very close to several shopping malls, including restaurants. Reception staffs were friendly and offered to receive parcels on my behalf without additional charges, which was a cherry on top. Room service staffs were also very lovely - they would always greet me when I saw them in the hallways and I enjoyed my small talks with them. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
