Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun

This is my second stay at this hotel. For Tuen Mun, the location is very convenient — it is close to both the Light Rail (Ho Tin stop) and the West Rail Line, making it easy to get around. The hotel is converted from a former industrial building, so the exterior looks a bit plain. However, the lobby is spacious with a nice industrial feel, and guests can even borrow a pool table for leisure. The room size is considered large by Hong Kong standards. It comes well-equipped with a desk, sofa and coffee table. I especially like that there is no carpet, which makes the room feel cleaner. The bathroom layout, with separate shower and toilet areas, is also practical and comfortable. However, the only downside was that I noticed visible dark stains on the bedsheets, and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night. The gym is well-equipped with sufficient facilities for a basic workout. One point I would like to highlight is that I was informed a local phone call would cost HKD 7 per call, so I chose not to use the service. This was a bit unexpected, as such charges are less commonly seen in other hotels in Hong Kong. Overall, a good value stay in this area.

Had a great two weeks stay in November and it was FIRST CLASS. All staff very helpfull and friendly with spaces room and very comfortable bed and room always very well cleaned.Great positioned for exploring all of Hong Kong but well away from all the crowded areas, but close to all transport links. Thank you all for a very enjoyable stay. 5 STAR SERVICE ALL ROUND.

The location is great, very close to mall and metro. Room is very nice, bugger than majority of HK hotel. very nuce size of gym room. if the hall way can be brighter, it will be better. But hotel theme is industrial theme.

Amazing check in experience and super friendly staff. Great location and very festive scenery. Open lobby for all to enjoy and only 20 mins from the airport.

Stayed here earlier this year. Room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard. On-site gym was excellent with plenty of good quality equipment which was very clean. Location was ideal for me. Very close to lots of public transit options like the MTR, light rail, and buses. There is a market and some modern shopping mall very near. Definitely recommended.

My stay in Penta hotel was great! I will definitely recommend the hotel,and be beack. It's so peaceful , clean and homely. I love the place ❣️❣️❣️. Staff are great, the room was clean, comfy and though the lights in the hallway is deem, it's not scary. Ken provided a great customer service and all. Thanks a whole lot!

We had a wonderful stay at Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. (Thanks to housekeeping team 海燕 and Hedy) The location was also great, close to everything we needed. Thank you to the hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

First, the check-in is very fast, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The room I got (superior room) is clean, the space is spacious enough for 2 people,m. The mattress is very comfortable, makes you sleep soundly. The location is very strategic, close to the MRT station and close to the restaurant.
