We had a wonderful stay at Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. (Thanks to housekeeping team 海燕 and Hedy) The location was also great, close to everything we needed. Thank you to the hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for one month in this hotel and had a very good impression of them until the very last moment - I checked out this morning and then left my suitcase in the loading bay trying to fetch a taxi to the airport. A lady came out in no time asking me to move my suitcase out of the place because “it is dangerous”. I would have only stayed for like two minutes but she couldn’t wait to kick me out once I was no longer a guest. I felt really disrespected. To be fair their rooms are spacious and housekeeping is professional. It’s just this last minute incident which had ruined my entire experience.

Awesome option for a holiday! The hotel is located near the town centre, with a first aid centre, a fire station and a police station nearby, and you can get a spacious room with smart furnishings to allow you to organise your life intuitively, the integrated gym is awesome for workouts and you can utilise the wardrobe and other furnishings to organise your items in categories. If you are thirsty, you can easily get cool water from the hydration stations near the lifts. Once you check in, you get a warm, welcoming feeling of returning home.

Very close to MRT location and Airport Bus. From Airport to Hotel is less than 45 minutes. Airport bus only costed $15.7 HKD. Room is clean and very good size for traveler with multiple luggage’s. I can open my luggage’s and still have room to walk.

First, the check-in is very fast, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The room I got (superior room) is clean, the space is spacious enough for 2 people,m. The mattress is very comfortable, makes you sleep soundly. The location is very strategic, close to the MRT station and close to the restaurant.

I stayed here in May 2025, it was my second time staying at this hotel. The room was roomy, and everything was fine. Next morning after I checked out, I realised my legs had multiple bug bites, I’m talking about 30-40 red spots all around my legs, and it was very itchy. After a bit of investigation, it was suggested that they were bedbug bites. I think I agree with what a few customers have mentioned, it looks clean for where you can see, but definitely it’s not clean as it appears. I won’t be staying here again.

The location is great, very close to mall and metro. Room is very nice, bugger than majority of HK hotel. very nuce size of gym room. if the hall way can be brighter, it will be better. But hotel theme is industrial theme.

We are a family of four and we got 2 connecting rooms. The included breakfast (Set Meals) next door was great! MTR station is only 5 min walk away. 2 huge shopping areas are nearby: V-city is connected to the MTR station and TMT Plaza is across from it. Unfortunately, they don't have a membership program.
