The staff was great; friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bar and restaurant have all you need if you don't feel like venturing out. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend asking for a room not facing the street. We were on the 5th floor and we could hear cars and *people* all night, and this was with the fan going. The tram also runs all night.

This place seems determined to have as few staff on duty as possible, probably to limit the cost of wages. One uses a pad at the bar to check oneself in and the same pad to checkout. When our TV sets did not work, we had to wait an hour for help and then the one staff person had to abandon the front desk. The windows barely open, and the sun beats down on the front of the building, so the rooms heat up. The air conditioning barely functions, so Lord help you on a hot day. They have messages in the elevator that give you the impression that you are living an alternative life style, but ye gods, this is just a hotel chain. Not a great experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations. Lobby was hipster trendy with bar, pool tables, etc. Room was clean and sufficient but lacking design. Amenities include hand soap, shampoo and body wash. NO lotion or conditioner provided. Location near historic are and walkable from there

We went there for a Sunday coffee with friends. There were 3 guys at the reception, that also served guests and handling the bar. We had to wait 30 minutes to get 3 coffees and a tea. That was a ridiculous wait, you could see them struggling to remember the order and in the chaos of doing requests and not knowing how to prepare a normal cappuccino. Serious recommendation to skip that hotel.

Very lovely staff, honestly exceptional breakfast. Only let down: ac in room seems to work infrequently very loud and very ineffective.

Work trip for a conference. Hotel was well located for the University. Service was good, greeting was friendly and check in was fast and efficient. Emma in the bar on the first evening was very welcoming. Breakfast gave a good spread and importantly, the coffee machine made a very nice cappuccino. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Standard room, nothing special. Stains on the carpet. No wash cloth offered for the shower. Slow internet. $17 euro breakfast isn’t worth $17 Euro. It should be free.

Pretty cool place to stay where you are close to downtown and all the attractions. You are on a main street but it isn't too loud so no problems there. The parking is a little bit of a nightmare since the garage next to the hotel is very old and the spots for the hotel are tiny. You really have to be a magician to get the car in those spots and you are literally a couple inches from the next car. We somehow made it work but it was tough. The hotel itself is clean and we had a nice stay. The lobby has a pool table and nice bar. There are a lot of places to lounge too if you want to relax. The rooms were also reasonably priced and I would definitely come back. The area is safe as well so you can feel comfortable walking around whenever. Fun stay we will be back!

This is a nice, clean hotel with a very nice breakfast and a comfortable bar and lounge area. The rooms are comfy, clean and modern. The bed was great and they also have tons of TV channels and movies to watch. This location is close to other restaurants and the staff is very accommodating. Internet. The internet is free for basic service and to check emails and light work it is ok. If you want to send larger (1mb) and larger, you may time out and have issues. I upgraded one day and the service was much better but still not USA high speed good. I have been here a few times now and will continue to come. It's one of the better hotels in the city and priced fair. Enjoy!
