We visited Ljubljana in the last week of June, so the weather was really hot and we reaaaaaaally appreciated having AC in our room. That was key for resting well after being all day out and about. There was a TV as well, which was nice to kill some time during the evening. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The location is quite nice, and it’s close to everything. There’s parking in the back (12€ a night). The only downside to this place is that there’s a bar downstairs and they played loud music until about 22:30. But overall, very good place to stay! :)

Perfect location. Wonderful cozy clean and very comfortable space with everything you would want. Kitchen, close by super market, coffee and tea all day. Most important very kind and attentive staff that is very willing to help in anything you need. This would definitely be my stay when I come back again. Highly, highly recommend ☺️

Affordable and great location, with a kitchenette and real refrigerator (no breakfast). Close to a supermarket: I bought bread, meat and cheese to have with my morning tea (not much of a cook). Very close to the conference venue next to Republic Square. The staff are terrific. I had to talk Florian out of accompanying me to the laundry two blocks away (he was worried that the proprietress didn't speak English). Luckily, Google Translate works great for "pickup on Thursday.!"

Very good location in a quiet spot very close the centre of the old town and very close (200m) from bus stops and buses that go to the central station. The room was big enough and comfortable. The beds were confy and the bathroom was ok sizewise.|The wi-fi was very weak. Also, nobody came to clean the rooms, (we stayed 3 nights). They only brought clean towels and toilet paper on the day before we left. Since it is not an apartment but a 'penzion', I would expect someone to clean the room, make the beds etc, as they do in other similar establishments.

We stayed here in July. |The room was exactly like in the photos on booking. |There was even a little kitchen, very useful. |The owner was very friendly and kind. |The price was perfect for a night.|I personally recommend for a trip in Lubiana. Not 5 stars because the room was a bit small, but very clean.

We had a great stay here during our visit to Ljubljana. Marjan and Florijan are super helpful and kind, and the central location means it's an easy walk to the old city, train station, Tivoli park, and other attractions. The room was pretty basic (which is what we expected) but super clean and comfortable. We had a large room with a well equipped kitchenette, and also appreciated the tea room common area with the espresso machine.||The hotel is on the second floor of a historic building; the bottom level houses a Bosnian restaurant. Entrance is through a sort of "secret passage" door, to which guests are given a key, and up the stairs to a second level. (There's no elevator here, BTW.) ||There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area which means it gets a little noisy in the evening, but things seemed to start quieting down around 10 pm or so. No breakfast is offered but we took advantage of the nearby Mercator market to get inexpensive fruit, yogurt, baked goods, and other staples.||We'd definitely stay here again!
