We went there during week in daytime, was supposed to be open but it wasn't. Tried all the gates and doors. The building looked nice though, outside.

Beware the guy named 'Reggie' asking for books or paper for his study, it is most likely a scam. He seems very nice and well spoken in many languages, but we've seen him walk with multiple tourists into the local paper/book shop.
