We found peperita after a lovely drive through the countryside. Upon arrival we parked in a small car park & someone came out to greet us. We were the only customers at the time, he made us feel very welcome. Explained every product and a bit about the company before leaving us to have a shop. The server was on hand to answer any questions we had. All products were from local sources. We ended up making several purchases as there was such an amazing selection of products. After, we were invited to take a look at the chilli growing area itself. We explored for ages looking at the different types of chilli’s being grown. It was fascinating and so fun to see where the products we had purchased had started from.

A great idea to produce pepperoni spices in an area that is otherwise known for great wines. The shop at the farm is filled with a broad selection of spicy products with beautiful packaging. A positive surprise was the tasting with eye opening palate teasers. No, you don’t mutate into a firebird. 17 flavors, powder, oil, pastes, … And an online shop to get more of these goodies after you realize at home that you didn’t buy enough.
