I visited this restaurant in person last year after hearing great recommendations. The service was quick, but the customer service was disappointing—unprofessional and borderline disrespectful. The food at that time was mediocre, but I decided to give it another chance through delivery.
The delivery experience was impressive: fast arrival, excellent packaging, generous portions, food was hot, and the flavor was initially on point. However, several items still fell short. The rice and peas were bland and undercooked, the cabbage tasted raw instead of steamed, and the chicken was dry with no gravy, which is unexpected for stew chicken.
I truly hope the cooking techniques improve because the meal lacked cohesion and overall quality. Please be mindful of these details moving forward, as they make a big difference in the dining experience.
