Delicious food & fantastic views with great wine! What a great lunch. The food was spot on, when you get one scallop you want it to be perfect, which it was. The eye fillet was perfectly cooked and the jus amazing. We asked the chef about it & he took the time to explain how it was made. It takes 5 days to make! The Spanish Mackerel was very well cooked and the cheese board had great cheeses with figs and chutneys. The crackers/poppadums slightly overpowered the cheese so I ate them separately. Forest Hill wine went brilliantly with the food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had our Christmas lunch at Pepper and Salt, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was simply amazing, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The atmosphere added so much to the experience, making it feel warm and festive. The chili crab was absolutely sensational – a true highlight of the meal! Highly recommend Silas's food and menu to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

The venue here is beautiful and I liked the entrees and desserts. They tasted great. The mains were a bit disappointing which is why I’m taking a star off. We had the fish in Chinese mala and the steak. They tasted good still but the steak tasted like a pub steak and with the fish I couldn’t help comparing it to real malatang (which tastes a lot better than this fish dish).

It is a miraculous achievement one should be most proud of to execute what you do there. Your personal touch, combining your life into a plate to showcase our amazing capabilities as an international region. The service, simply put is impeccable. The Moreton Bay Bug in laksa was a strike of genius. The prawn toast, in layman terms (elite). What your team does with your venue for a romantic wedding is sensational. We had a fantastic lunch. They were flat out busy but there was still a great atmosphere. The food lived up to its’ high reputation. The standout for me was the complexities of flavours in my main dish, given it was dairy and garlic free. The vegan dessert was the best I have ever had.

This is our favourite restaurant anywhere. Silas is a flavour master. Enjoyed the Moreton Bay Bug/Laksa today along with the Chilli Crab. Same for Wife except Goat Curry for main. Incredible! Along with award winning FH wines. Can’t recommend them enough, outlook is also superb.

Best quality ingredients used and always an incredibly curated panel of flavours. For a limited time you can try Silas' take on Korean kimchi pork stew with fresh Mackerel grilled on top. I worked 80 hour weeks for the last month and was feeling pretty spent, however by the time I finished the Marron Laksa entree I was back at 100% who would have thought good food would heal instantly?

Shawn and I have eaten at the beautiful Pepper and Salt Restaurant three times now through our wedding venue and food selection process (the third was just because we love the food and Silas and Letitia so much that we had to go back for a visit). The restaurant is beautiful, and the view is lovely, the staff are all so friendly and make you feel so welcome and THE FOOD!!!! It is so amazing. We had Silas cater for our wedding at Parry Beach Breaks and he did such an amazing job, the biggest piece of feedback we have had from our wedding guests was how incredible the food was and that there was so much amazing food. He tailored the menu to our favourite foods and exactly how we wanted it served on the day. We did all of our food wedding planning through Letitia and she was so beautiful and organised to deal with. It was so fun to see Letitia on our wedding day, she was so genuinely happy for us. I could not recommend Pepper and Salt as a restaurant and as wedding caterers enough!!

I love this restaurant. We've wanted to come during previous visits to Denmark but have always left it too late to make a booking. I was excited to finally try it. My main was fine. It looked pretty and tasted fine. The stand out for me, was both desserts. We had a pepper Pannacotta which was amazing. I can't describe the interesting flavours on the plate enough to give it justice. I loved the toffee with pepper and salt, it was super creative. The rhubarb was amazing too, I could've eaten a whole bowl of it! The chocolate tart was rich and intense but delicious too. If you can't finish a whole bottle or you need to drive you can take the rest of the bottle home with you. I would absolutely recommend visiting Pepper and Salt and if you have time, try the Forrest Hill winery downstairs, it's beautiful and has great wines.

Oh my god- this is literally the best restaurant I have ever been to! We had a set menu which was only $70 for three courses which I thought was extremely reasonable, especially once I ate the food! For entree we had the marron and the salmon samosas. Both were absolutely delicious. Then for main I had the Barramundi and my partner had the steak. As I was eating my meal I just couldnt stop saying wow...this is amazing, each bite was heaven and all the veges with it were delicious. My partner said it was the best steak he'd ever had. Then for dessert my partner had the tiramisu and i had the spiced pannacotta. I had thought the main was good, but the dessert was just as good. Again, ever single bite was sooooo amazing. I was blown away. Paired with a delicious bottle of red, it was a meal to remember and I have been raving about it ever since. Highly recommend going here if you are in Denmark! I will definitely be coming back!
