Shared crab wontons, sesame chicken, brown rice and a glass of chardonnay with my partner. Plenty of food for two. Very good ordered chicken mild as partner cannot ear spicy, was done perfectly with mixed veggies done crisp, brown rice in abundance,wontons, 6,delivered hot to table, also very good. Adequate glasses of wine. Will go back to try other dishes. Construction on Colfax is a pain. But worth it. Resturant very quiet, service speedy and good. 2nd visit. Pot stickers, 6 fried hot stuffed full. Mongolian beef large serving with rice, ordered hot excellent lots of beef. Chicken with cashews, flavorful good veggies. Wine for each. Stars not changed highly reccomended.

I was enjoying my meal until I found this piece of chicken with a hair threaded into it. It makes me question what I'm eating, if it's chicken or not, and how much other stuff I've eaten that was contaminated like this. I did take it back to them and they offered a free replacement and app. I'm definitely a little turned off from them but they were nice and it's a nice place so I'm sure it was a one off.

Pepper Asian Bistro offers delicious Pad Thai with flavorful fried rice and sweet and sour shrimp. The dishes are authentic, well-seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients. Amazing food! We had the Singapore noodles with tofu and Hunan chicken. I asked to leave off bell peppers and add snow peas and they did so happily and without charge. The only small issue was the Hunan chicken was spicy and this was not noted anywhere on the menu. When asked they were happy to replace but we went ahead and ate it anyway. Portion sizes large and the lunch prices very good. Highly recommend!

I love this place so much. Hands down the best sesame chicken and hot and sour soup in Denver. No other place comes even close. For the best experience eyou have to dine in, the soup comes out piping hot and the chicken is an incredible texture of crispy and saucy on the outside and tender and soft on the inside. Pretty much what asian takeout should be

I never liked crab wontons until tonight! That little mustard thing in the sauce!! OMFG! The service is great. The plum wine is exceptional! I hope that you like sweet though. =) The jasmine tea was perfectly brewed without a tannin in sight! The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. I ABSOLUTELY love the little hand made stools they have for when you are toileting. Like, rural Asain "Squatty Potty!" The meal is delicious. The prices are fantastic. The atmosphere is clean and relaxed! I really can't say enough good things about this place. I'm in LOVE!

Ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice, crispy chicken and 2 spring rolls. I ate 1/4 of the rice and pull out a huge piece of beef. I immediately gaged. The chicken wings were old and obviously sat around all day. Never again. This was hands down the worst food ever. Trash!

I always love their Mongolian beef and eggplant chicken and crab Rangoons. Their hot and sour soup was good also. I was excited to order Vietnamese spring rolls for the first time from a favorite restaurant. This time though, they used spring rolls that were fried a long time ago( I can tell from the inside being already hard and turned into stick shape) and my spring rolls were burnt. They are not edible. I am sad that they still sent them out to their customers.
