Peppers Beach Club & Spa Palm Cove

Absolutely loved our short stay. Wish we had stayed longer. Felt instantly relaxed from the moment we were greeted at reception. The staff were amazing. We checked out at 5.20 am for an early flight with ease. The room was beautiful with the spa on the balcony Loved the swim up bar. Our suite was well appointed with lovely views over the pools. The resort is great value for money in a prime location opposite the swimming area of the beach. Will definitely be back.

Right from the minute we met the reception staff we felt welcome and confident in their abilities. The Beach Club was so clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. Every time we walked past one of the staff, regardless of who they were, they said hello. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and well looked after. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh with everything you could think of. We would definitely recommend Peppers as "the place to stay"

My family and I came up for my wife’s 40th. Our first trip to Cairns and we were blown away. The resort was beautiful. The rooms were huge and the staff were really friendly and accommodating! The only thing was that the washing machine had a lot of black would in the seal… so we couldn’t use it. But no doubt that would be hard to prevent in a climate like that! We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peppers Palm Cove. Our room - three bedroom ocean view, just heaven waking up to that sunrise every morning. The layout was perfect, a hotel room with access to a fully equipped two bedroom apartment. Which was ideal if you are a travelling fifth wheel, I could have complete privacy when wanted. We had everything we needed for a weeks long stay with two kids. The pools are excellent, with three to choose from you’ll struggle to pry yourself away. Serenity pool was beautiful, peaceful and well frequented by myself. Staff were very friendly as were the cocktails at the swim up bar, this is pure bliss for an afternoon by the pool.

Palm cove is a relatively convenient location - though the beach itself isn't that great. Peppers beach club is very expensive for what you get. Our room ( apartment I'd rather say) was big and it did seem well equipped. It's definitely more geared towards longer stays ( fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc.) Our apartment was clean but I didn't check every corner. Unfortunately, I also noticed a thick layer of dust/ dirt on the shutters, as other reviews mentioned. The best part was indeed the pool and pool bar. Breakfast was decent, but again, not 5 star level. There's also just one coffee machine for self service which caused quite a bit of waiting time.

We stayed at Peppers Beach Club Resort at Palm Cove for our wedding anniversary getaway. We wanted a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in a luxurious resort and we were definitely pleased. The resort had everything we wanted, in the perfect location. Being right on the Palm Cove Beach was a bonus too. The serenity pool was our favourite. A beautiful tropical river pool to relax in and destress, located at the back of the resort surrounded by lush tropical gardens, although it would have been even better if it was strictly adults only. The room was a great size, we had the Garden spa room. Loved the private spa on our balcony. The buffet breakfast was a delight with so much to choose from right down to little avocado & tomato mini toasts. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. The addition of a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a very welcoming surprise. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back.

Peppers is well located, just across from the beach, among a variety of restaurants and shops. Peppers own restaurant La Mesa served delicious fresh food for both the breakfast buffet and at dinner. Our room was beautiful and clean, with an outdoor spa and overlooking the lagoon pool. The main pools were stunning and well kept and the swim up bar is a fantastic addition! Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enhanced our experience of Cairns!

I had a wonderful stay at Peppers in Palm Cove. The resort and its facilities were absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across from the beach. We stayed in a modern two-bedroom apartment, which was stunning and had a peaceful view overlooking the serenity pool at the back of the property. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Tour group stated here for 3 nights. Delightful locale in Palm Cove across from the beach. The resort has a large pool with sand area into water snd swim up bar. There is a second pool that is a Serenity Pool surrounded by palm tree and vegetation. The pool is a quiet location to enjoy the day. La Mesa restaurant serves food all day. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with hot food, pastries and yogurt/fruit. We had a dinner with beef brisket or pork belly option. Both dishes were yummy. Highly recommended

Fantastic location with super amazing accommodations close to cairns without the hustle and bustle. Seconds away from a private beach and lots of shopping and dining choices all within walking distance, and did I mention 3 pools

Enjoyed my 60 min pregnancy massage with Anne-Marie. Felt very pampered and she made me feel very comfortable. Perhaps a more relaxed atmosphere compared to some spas in Palm Cove. Got a special price of $90 which was advertised on a sign on the pavement outside Peppers.
