THE GOOD :|(1) The breakfast buffet was top notch. A good variety of choices, and the hot options were fresh and nicely cooked. Poached and scrambled eggs are permanently in the buffet, with the option to ask the chef for fried eggs or omelettes. Ask for chillies if you like your omelette spicy. Scott & Mary were excellent brekky hosts, and their young team all did a brilliant job.|(2) The Resort offers a golf buggy shuttle to & from Hastings Street, which allows a short walk to all the dining venues. It's a simple call to the driver's mobile, and they never took more than 10 minutes to arrive. You can walk from the Resort to town, but it's not a flat route, so not ideal for the elderly or mobility challenged.|THE NOT SO GOOD :|(1) We stayed in Treetop Villa 6108. On arrival, we couldn't get the complimentary Accor WiFi to work or our own Optus box, which we brought with us as a back up. Called Benson at Reception and explained the issue, and that we'd be going out for early dinner, and hopefully he'd be able to get it fixed before the footy started. On our return, the TV was ON, and the footy channel tuned in. Excellent work, although the picture did freeze numerous times over the next couple of days, and for our entire one week stay, the audio was never in sync with the picture.|(2) Our Villa was extremely spacious, with a massive lounge area, and full kitchen. The only small negative observation I'd make is the lack of maintenance, broken fixtures, and cob webs visible around the exterior. A good spring clean would do the job.

Easy check in, welcome refreshment, love the little buggy transport to get to and fro the rooms to nearby town. The villa was very comfortable, well set out for privacy, beautiful bushland back drop and a quiet area. Very restful.

Stayed a few days for a winter getaway with family. Location is good as long as you don’t mind the short walk down the hill to beach. The rooms are a good size with kitchen and decent bathrooms. It was quiet and had a big balcony. Due to location in National Park some of the rooms are quite dark and shaded which is good in summer but maybe not as much in winter. The pay off is the peace. Pool was under renovation but we had access to lap pool and Brookes pool. The latter was good but usually only for the Villas. When lagoon pool is finished should be fine. Some aspects were hit and miss. Some training needed for staff as communication with front desk wasn’t always easy. The buggy down to Hastings street is handy but the driver too fast and a bit dangerous. Need to slow down with guests onboard, especially children. Management were very good with enquiries and left a lovely gift for a birthday. Will definitely stay again. Parking on site and if you have a car there’s a handy shopping Centre two blocks behind resort.

Amazing location in beautiful Noosa. So close to Haisting street, beach, restaurants and right in the rain forest.||The breakfast was delicious, lots of options. We requested a rainforest room and luckily they had one on offer with a spa bath:) ||No real complaints. Apart from the lack of room service and the pool was definitely not heated however it was advised. ||Great stay. 4 star hotel. Room was clean, quiet and well equipped.

Worst hotel ever. No communication between reservation team and front staff. Originally booked for 3 nights, then extended it to 4 nights. On arrival, was told the booking was for 3 nights. Saw the front desk the following day, and they said it was not possible to extend to 4 nights or do a late checkout. On arriving home, have an email from peppers, saying I did not pay for the extended night. ||From Benson: ".....made an extension to his reservation at Peppers Noosa however he departed without settling the full amount"||I rang the team at Peppers and the person on the phone kept on telling me I was confused and repeatedly asked for my credit card. I told her to send me an invoice and an email. Maybe telling customers they are confused is not a good thing. ||From Sandy "......paid for the first 3 nights and the last night where you extended is what is due. I hope this is clear for you"||Sorry Sandy, but your hotel only let me stay for the 3 nights as originally booked. I hope that is clear for you. ||No further communication and no refund. Worst hotel ever. You guys still owe me $200. Will see if I get it back. Zero stars, would not recommend anyone on earth. Front desk and bookings have no communication. The team could do with some PR training. Have travelled extensively and not had this problem before.

Can’t fault the place, location and staff, all were fantastic! We were actually airbnb guests, but the only part we couldn’t access was the golf buggy service due to insurance which is completely understandable. The amenities - pools steam room gym and bar/restaurant were all great. Apartment itself was lovely, so quiet and surrounded by the national park made it so peaceful, easy access to Hastings st, national park, and a quick step up to laguna lookout. Best part for us were the staff, from the moment we arrived and popped in to reception, we were made to feel welcomed, staff were so polite and friendly. Our last day we had a later check out and an hour to kill, we were early for lunch opening but they were still welcoming and helped us out. Lunch with a glass of wine was amazing, they made sure we were fed in time for our train home, setting and food in the restaurant were great. Thanks team, you were all so lovely and welcoming!

Yelp
Peppers Resort Noosa is ideally located. Perched up a hill amongst the trees, an abundant sense of space and nature awaits. Notwithstanding the serenity, the hustle of Hastings St, and it's great restaurants, is only around 600m away. My Peppers apartment was spacious and well appointed, complete with a separate lounge, large bathroom and Euro laundry. I travelled up to Noosa by myself for a quick but sunny post Melbs lockdown trip. The location offered plenty for the single traveller. Pools, a gym, quick access to the beach and ample room to unwind. The View restaurant and it's outdoor/indoor bar offered a great variety of snacks and cocktails. Try the duck and plum spring rolls. A generous portion, though I managed to eat them all. I loved the cocktail selection and the quality of their make. Live music also plays during happy hours at week's end. Pros - spacious, modern, great location, great restaurant and bar. Not so pros - it would be great if the bar remained open a little longer in the evenings, although the adventures of Hastings St are not far away.

Yelp
Yes it's beautiful. Yes it's close to the beach. But the pool is small and under staffed. I needed toilet paper and they said they were on their way and never came. Housekeeping came and barely cleaned the room and when we kindly asked for some towels the staff in the room started verbally attacking us and almost attacked us and slammed the door when we asked them to kindly leave. We were very rattled and scared and I started crying.
