We recently had 5 nights in an apartment at Peppers Noosa and were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of our room, the kitchen was dirty, walls throughout the room seemed as though they had never been wiped down, ever. dirty windows, bathroom felt dark and dirty and blinds/furniture within the room was also dirty and stained. The room had a funny smell as if it was damp. I had to clean the apartment before we could settle in and feel comfortable to unpack our bags. No matter what setting the mini fridge was on it was freezing everything we put in there. |Staff were friendly enough however cleaning crew looked very disinterested and it showed.. The main pool was dirty and cold, the lap pool was cleaner but still cold. |Buffet breakfast was enjoyable every day and so was the golf buggy service to and from Hastings street. A beautiful spot located within the bush just a shame about the cleanliness of the room!! I don't think we will be rebooking due to poorly kept rooms.

After coming down with a migraine on the beach I made my way back to Peppers and sat in the buggy at the bottom of the hill for a transfer to my room. I arrived covered in vomit and was shaking. I was then told that I could not use the buggy service as I had booked through Airbnb and that I had to walk up the hill. I was crying due to the pain and I asked her to please call her manager as I was appalled at the customer service I was receiving. I was praying there would be an exception for Peppers guests who are distressed regardless of who they have booked through. Even if I had to pay. She refused and told me I needed to walk as her manager would also say no. She offered to call an ambulance. ||I asked her again just to please please drive me up to my room. Again she declined. ||It then took me over 40 mins to make my way up to the room in the sun as I needed to stop 3 times on the way to sit, vomit and build the stamina to keep going. The driver continued to drive past me, up and down the hill, could see me vomiting in the bushes but still refused to stop. I could not fathom how I was being treated. I ended up driving myself down to the surf club to meet my son. The lifesavers found me, called an ambulance and took me straight into the first aid. Luckily I am recovering however the risk the driver put Peppers in needs to be addressed as the treatment I received was inhumane. I have stayed at Peppers many times and never have I ever received the disrespect and appalling customer service that I did yesterday. Especially in front of the public. Many people saw this also and cannot believe Peppers could treat their guests like this. This could have ended up much worse than it did. I was extremely disappointed and now I do not feel safe to stay or recommend anyone to stay there again.

We stayed at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas for two nights while attending a friend’s engagement party held in one of their function rooms. The location was very convenient, and our two bedroom treetop villa was fairly nice overall. One of the features we really appreciated was that the villa had its own garage, which made things easier with luggage and parking. That said, there were a couple of downsides. For the price, I felt the villa should have included more. Our welcome hamper was forgotten, and while staff did acknowledge this and offered us a bag of drinks and snacks at checkout as compensation, it wasn’t quite the same experience. The villa itself was spread over two levels with a steep, narrow staircase. This wasn’t ideal for us as we have toddlers, and we ended up having to rearrange furniture to block access to the stairs for safety. Overall, the stay was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the villa itself had good features, but for the premium price, I expected a little more attention to detail and family friendly design.

We stayed at Peppers Noosa Resort for 4 nights. The service, location and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, with one of the largest selections of food to satisfy all needs and diets. Pool excellent, bar excellent. Kids play room excellent. Greatlt appreciate buggy service up and down to Hastings st.

Peppers Noosa is a fav holiday location for our family. Surrounded by Noosa National Park there is wildlife aplenty. Choose which ever pool you like - ours was in a ‘secret’ location or if you prefer the finer things in life, Stephanie’s beauty spa or the Park and Cove restaurant and bar did not disappoint. For surfers, First Point is only a short buggy ride away. Hope to return soon.

A Slice of Paradise – Peppers Noosa is Absolutely Stunning! 🌿✨ If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and relaxation, Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas ticks every single box – and then some! Nestled right in the heart of the Noosa National Park, the setting is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to the sounds of nature, with lush greenery all around and stunning views stretching out to the ocean — it honestly feels like a peaceful escape tucked away in paradise, yet you’re just a short stroll from Hastings Street and the beach. The resort itself is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel completely at home — warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is smooth and memorable. And the penthouses? Pure delight. Spacious, modern, and luxurious, with incredible views and everything you need for a top-tier holiday. Whether you’re sipping wine on the balcony or soaking in the stylish bathtub, you really feel like you’re living the dream. Peppers Noosa offers the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and service — it’s the kind of place you never want to leave, and can’t wait to return to. Highly, highly recommend! 🌴🌅🛎️

The organisation in this place is absolutely abysmal. I was relocated here from an an associated hotel that was undergoing refurbishment I spoke to the team and confirmed I required two separate beds. On arrival we discussed the same with reception. On arrival at the rooms we found one bed. We called reception and discussed the issue, they said they would arrange for it to be fixed. 4 hours later I returned to the room to find nothing had changed. After contacting reception I’m still waiting for a full resolution and I really just want to go to bed

Despite great location, one bedroom apartment average. No table & chairs to sit at inside despite there being space for a small one. Lounge chair uncomfortable and only suitable for one person to sit upright on. TV in bedroom not working. Better places to stay at in Noosa that are better value for money. Would stay elsewhere after reading all the other reviews.

Yelp
Peppers Resort Noosa is ideally located. Perched up a hill amongst the trees, an abundant sense of space and nature awaits. Notwithstanding the serenity, the hustle of Hastings St, and it's great restaurants, is only around 600m away. My Peppers apartment was spacious and well appointed, complete with a separate lounge, large bathroom and Euro laundry. I travelled up to Noosa by myself for a quick but sunny post Melbs lockdown trip. The location offered plenty for the single traveller. Pools, a gym, quick access to the beach and ample room to unwind. The View restaurant and it's outdoor/indoor bar offered a great variety of snacks and cocktails. Try the duck and plum spring rolls. A generous portion, though I managed to eat them all. I loved the cocktail selection and the quality of their make. Live music also plays during happy hours at week's end. Pros - spacious, modern, great location, great restaurant and bar. Not so pros - it would be great if the bar remained open a little longer in the evenings, although the adventures of Hastings St are not far away.

Yelp
Yes it's beautiful. Yes it's close to the beach. But the pool is small and under staffed. I needed toilet paper and they said they were on their way and never came. Housekeeping came and barely cleaned the room and when we kindly asked for some towels the staff in the room started verbally attacking us and almost attacked us and slammed the door when we asked them to kindly leave. We were very rattled and scared and I started crying.
