We booked 5 nights, 6 days at Peppers Noosa. Noosa is a beautiful destination with plenty to see, do and relax. We were disappointed with the facilities at Peppers Noosa and would not recommend others to stay here. Our room which was due to check into at 2pm but was not ready. After hanging around the resort, we were finally given our keys to only find that our room was filthy. The bathroom is full of mould on the ceiling and grout, the couch covered in stains and rust all throughout the bathroom and kitchen. Each surface was covered in dust. Some places, thick and not cleaned for weeks or months, particularly the floor and surfaces. The same experience in their gym. If it’s not out of order, it is covered in rust. For the price to stay here, I’d highly recommend looking at other resorts through Noosa. As an Accor member and avid traveller, I’m very disappointed in our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peppers. Our room was clean, well appointed and spacious with a nice balcony. The breakfast was great and fresh with everything you would need (hot options, a fruit and muesli bar, baked goods, cereal etc). The location was also fantastic - it is just up the hill from Hastings Street - a decent 10 minute walk if you are physically able, though they have a regular buggy service if you are not. Two pools also - a family friendly one and a quieter lap pool for adults. I can see the reviews are quite varied on this resort - I think the state of the rooms really differs as they are individually owned. I will also say that it would have been helpful to have had more information provided to us on checking in - all we got told was where the pool was but had no idea re breakfast times etc.

All the staff were fantastic with special shout out to the restaurant manager Luca and a biased thank you to The bar staff Lucy. Buggy is a great idea after dinner and the view of North Shore from the room balcony was spectacular. The housekeeping staff were great and the room was always well presented when we arrived back after a day of sightseeing. Will be back.

Room wasn’t ready at our check in times. There were no pool towels available, which for a resort is very odd. We had to wait 2 days for towels to use at the pool and we were not the only ones, and the resort was definitely not at capacity, bizarre! Pool bar wasn’t open often in the hours it was advertised to be open. Young staff running the buggy service were all fantastic and made the vibe of the resort, they were all only too happy to help and very personable.

We really enjoyed our stay in the trees at Peppers Noosa. The 1bedroom apartment had a great big sliding glass door to open the inside to the outside and large balcony with table and dining lounge. This was great for relaxing. A short walk or buggy ride to the beach, which was wonderful to swim at. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner with a different special each night as well as al a carte. It also had a social happy hour from 5 to 6 pm.

The rooms definitely need a refresh, especially at the premium rate you are paying. The amenities at the pool (change rooms etc) aren’t maintained. The gym equipment is rusty and wouldn’t pass hygiene standards. The service is amazing and the surrounds (the rain forest) is stunning to be surrounded by.

We had a fabulous experience in a 3 bedroom apartment - the apartment was very generously sized, very clean (serviced every day) and no evidence of mould or stuffiness as indicated in other reviews I had read. The staff throughout the entire resort were super friendly and helpful. The pool was great and never too crowded. The bar area is really nice. For any coeliacs the bar & restaurant does coeliac-safe hot chips!! The buggy service to Hastings St is very convenient but we preferred to walk - it’s not at all hard and only 3-4 minutes (to be fair we had teenagers with us not little kids). I would definitely go back for another stay and highly recommend the entire resort.

My family and I recently stayed at Peppers Noosa for eight nights during a trip. While the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff were generally friendly, we were deeply disappointed with the 2-bedroom villa. Unfortunately, the property fell far short of expectations, particularly given the premium price point.||Key Issues:|1. Cleanliness: The villa desperately needs a thorough cleaning.|2. Value for Money: At $840 per night, the property is significantly overpriced for what it offers. Accor and Property Management should reassess their pricing and the overall quality of the product. With a quick online search, it’s clear that better options are available in the area for less cost. It seems the property relies on limited competition or the high demand during peak season to justify its pricing, but the product does not deliver.||Detailed Issues Encountered:|* Lack of Proper Servicing: For the price, guests should expect full daily servicing. Instead, the service was minimal—beds were made poorly, and towels were replenished, but no thorough cleaning occurred.|* Black Dust on Ceilings & Walls: Dust accumulation on the ceilings caused respiratory issues for my wife and daughter, requiring the use of Ventolin inhalers.|* Dirty Grout: The kitchen and bathroom grout were visibly dirty, with light grey grout turning black due to a lack of cleaning.|* Unclean Pool: The pool was not cleaned daily. By evening, sunscreen and debris floated on the surface, making it unappealing to use.|* Unresponsive Staff: When I reported these cleanliness issues, the staff seemed unsurprised, suggesting they are a recurring problem.|* Drain Smell: A persistent odour emanated from the shower drain. While maintenance temporarily addressed the issue by pouring a liquid down the drain, the smell returned three days later. When reported a second time, it was not addressed. |* Poor TV Reception: The television reception was inconsistent, cutting in and out intermittently.|* Room Facility: The ironing board was broken. ||Impact on Our Stay|These ongoing issues made it difficult to relax and truly enjoy our time at the property. At this price point, guests should feel comfortable, not burdened with such basic problems.||Recommendations for Management|I strongly urge the management to prioritize improvements in the following areas:||* Deep-cleaning protocols for rooms and public spaces.|* Regular maintenance of facilities, including the pool and drainage systems.|* A reassessment of daily servicing policies to match the premium rates charged.|* Enhanced staff training to ensure concerns are addressed with empathy and urgency.||Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Peppers Noosa to others. There are better, cleaner, and more competitively priced options available in the area.

Yelp
Peppers Resort Noosa is ideally located. Perched up a hill amongst the trees, an abundant sense of space and nature awaits. Notwithstanding the serenity, the hustle of Hastings St, and it's great restaurants, is only around 600m away. My Peppers apartment was spacious and well appointed, complete with a separate lounge, large bathroom and Euro laundry. I travelled up to Noosa by myself for a quick but sunny post Melbs lockdown trip. The location offered plenty for the single traveller. Pools, a gym, quick access to the beach and ample room to unwind. The View restaurant and it's outdoor/indoor bar offered a great variety of snacks and cocktails. Try the duck and plum spring rolls. A generous portion, though I managed to eat them all. I loved the cocktail selection and the quality of their make. Live music also plays during happy hours at week's end. Pros - spacious, modern, great location, great restaurant and bar. Not so pros - it would be great if the bar remained open a little longer in the evenings, although the adventures of Hastings St are not far away.

Yelp
Yes it's beautiful. Yes it's close to the beach. But the pool is small and under staffed. I needed toilet paper and they said they were on their way and never came. Housekeeping came and barely cleaned the room and when we kindly asked for some towels the staff in the room started verbally attacking us and almost attacked us and slammed the door when we asked them to kindly leave. We were very rattled and scared and I started crying.
