Peppers Seaport Launceston

I had a wonderful stay at Peppers Seaport Launceston. The hotel is perfectly located by the waterfront, offering a beautiful view of the Tamar River that makes mornings and evenings truly special. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Their service really made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with modern facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. Waking up to the stunning waterfront view was definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, Peppers Seaport Launceston offers great service, friendly staff, and an amazing view. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Launceston—whether for leisure or business. I would happily stay here again.

Modern hotel in great location surrounded by a multitude of different restaurants and bars on the waterfront but close enough to the town centre. It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you needed except an onsite restaurant for brekkie - although there was a link to one (breakfast was not included and as it happened we had our own supplies - there was crockery, cutlery, milk, tea, coffee in the room as well as a fridge). Only downside - having to pay extra to park your car on site. Good location for your stay - and do visit Cataract Gorge - it was fabulous.

Great location and excellent service. We had a room overlooking the harbour and it was huge - lots of space to store bags and a separate sitting area. It's close to 2 great restaurants and walking distance to the CBD main shopping mall.

We stayed four nights at Peppers for our wedding anniversary recently and had a wonderful experience. The warm welcome, friendly staff, and great service made our stay special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and bed and pillows are comfortable, with a beautiful river view. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the city, galleries, museums, and lovely riverside walks with plenty of dining options. A great place to stay, and we’ll definitely return on our next visit to Launceston.

The apartment was just beautiful, everything you needed was in there, inc laundry. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Best idea I've ever seen is the extra door between our room and the corridor, blocks off all corridor noise which we experience in every hotel we stay at, such a great idea. Room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Could easily have lived there. Unfortunately we had an unannounced visit from house keeping at 0910am who just walked into our room, said "oh, and I thought it was empty," looked at us and we looked at her and she just left, no overly professional. Many restaurant options nearby, no restaurant on site for breakfast though.

Wonderful view. Stayed in corner suite looking over the marina. Some noise from down stairs - ear plugs required. Decor in room 4/5, just starting to look a bit tired. Linen clean. Sofa bed was comfortable. Main bed very good. Staff very helpful. Parking not great. No convenience store below on board walk.

This was a comfortable and clean modern room with great views of the River on the 3rd floor. The Staff were courteous and professional during our stay. The location of this Hotel is close to many attractions and a good selection of Restaurants, with easy access and close parking.

A lovely river view room, with so much space. Sunset on the balcony ! Nice ! A great location, with several good eating options very close by. Will stay again when in Launceston.

They get more like a 3.5 stars but room size(with an awesome bathroom and good amenities) and free internet push this up to four stars. They have a decent location about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. They are situated on the river and are close by Cataract Gorge (DO NOT MISS CATARACT GORGE) The rooms are modern, but the set up is a little awkward (you need your card key twice: First to access the entryway that services two rooms; Second to get into your actual room)-can you imagine my poor neighbours if I had stumbled in drunk? (Oh wait, I DID stumble in drunk-hope I didn't disturb anyone!) The service is personal and very friendly and makes this feel like a small hotel. It is probably the most modern hotel in Launnie and very comfortable so I would highly recommend it if you're visiting the area.

The rooms on this waterfront hotel are spacious and included many amenities that made our week long stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful with directions and dining suggestions. We dined at the Mud Bar Restaurant attached to the hotel for several of our meals. Given the exemplary service we received and the excellent food we were served, we could have eaten there every day. Servers Peter and Dasha, in particular made each visit a fun and memorable dining experience. We cant wait to return to Tasmania and this great hotel.
