Our second stay here, and we will be back. Very busy with tour groups and conferences. I much prefer their a la carte breakfast to a buffet. As we were there for 5 days we tried the whole menu. Platinum Accor not acknowledged at check in, no upgrade as I booked a suite, however I think it was the worse location, overlooking the car park and right above the aircon units. Nice bottle of wine welcome gift. The water is purezza which I think they refill, but it was only provided on the first day. Also, at this price point how about providing pod machines? Not just 1 tiny cup of French Press coffee. The staff were all lovely, especially Britney at breakfast who seemed to love her job. We could never get in for dinner on the 2 nights we tried, so you must book in advance. My friend (silver) received a pre stay call recommending she book, I didn’t .

Peppers Silo Hotel is a beautifully renovated property with stunning views of the river. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The free on-site parking was a great bonus, as the hotel is a bit far from the city centre by foot, but very convenient for travelling around by car. The food at the hotel restaurant—and even the room service—was simply outstanding. Some of the best meals I’ve had in my life! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the chefs were clearly professionals, and every dish was absolutely delicious. A fantastic experience overall, and I would highly recommend it!

One of the best places my wife and I have stayed at. We got one of the rooms on the top (8th) floor overlooking the river. Amazing room, awesome views. Really sad that we only had time to stay the one night before our flight home. Everything in the room and bathroom was excellent quality, clean and fresh. Had some room service from Grain (restaurant) which was delicious. Front desk service was friendly and helpful and get to have the bonus of bulk pats for Archie. Very easy to find and heaps of parking available. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel, our room was huge, well appointed with modern styling. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. ||I did find this hotel quite expensive. We booked a river view room, the view wasn’t great, we could |Only see the river on an angle our one end of our window, but the rest of the view was a carpark and industrial estate, rather disappointing.||Agree with other posts about loud music, and there was a function on the Friday night, we were trying to enjoy a couple of quiet drinks in the hotel bar/lobby, the function guests were extremely rowdy, ordering shots at 7pm. Not a good spot for a few quiet drinks.||Breakfast was lovely.||We enjoyed our stay, Launceston is beautiful!

The hotel is located in a really good location by the river with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel upgraded my room to the suite, on the old silo tower, which was really nice. The room was extremely spacious with amazing view of the Tamar River. The bathroom was excellent with hot water shower that have water strength unlike most hotels. The Grain restaurant was really good. The food was amazing with good service.

We have had a wonderful stay at Peppers Silos Hotel in Launceston having spent a few days over Christmas with family and friends in the North of the State. This is our second stay at this beautifully appointed hotel and one we will be returning to each time we visit Launceston.||Our arrival at reception was very welcoming. It is always so nice to be greeted a smile when checking in. Parking for guests is offered in the undercover parking which is very convenient.||Our room on the seventh floor with large windows overlooking the Tamar was spectacular and we very much appreciated the choice of room we were offered.|The welcome gift of chocolates and Devil's Corner wine as ACCOR Plus members was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated and enjoyed.||The room itself is beautifully appointed and makes excellent use of the iconic silos that now house the hotel. A very clever and creative design. The bed was excellent and the bathroom spacious and well appointed.||We had drinks in the lounge area on the first floor before dinner at the Grain restaurant with friends. The menu was extensive and the food absolutely perfect. The dining experience at Grain restaurant was made even more special with the lovely staff who looked after us so warmly. A particular thank you to the lovely Jessie who attended to us throughout our meal. She was wonderful.||We enjoyed a very nice a la carte breakfast in the morning but were unaware that there was a rule that required us to make a booking. We were a little taken aback when asked if we had a reservation. There did appear to be a number of free tables so we were seated after a short wait with a reminder that in future reservations are expected. We will know for next time.||We think this may be a restaurant issue rather than the hotel although it might be helpful at check-in if guests were advised that reservations during high occupancy might be advised.||This was the only surprise we encountered during what has been a lovely stay at a beautiful hotel and we do appreciate that the hotel and restaurant work collaboratively in support of guests but may not necessarily be under the same management so any comments on the restaurant should be seen as separate from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent||We look forward to a return visit the next time we are in Launceston visiting family. Thank you to the housekeeping staff, reception and all those who made our stay so pleasant.

We had a great stay. Loved the decor- everything was very relaxing and the bed was great. We had a river view room which had a lovely view and a small balcony with a chair and table. The breakfast , which was ordered from a menu was a nice change from a buffet. Location was perfect for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Hotel and Service. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless and clean. The hotel staff were all so professional but also had a warm and welcoming nature. I had breakfast at the hotel 3 days in a row and it was on point each time. The lounge area was also a lovely place to meet my family who also stayed at the hotel. I loved the hotel dog he was very sweet and it was a nice touch. I personally have very high standards when it comes to accomodation and there wasn't one thing I could fault. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Launceston in the future.
