Reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with our almost 5 month old baby. Restaurant staff also extremely friendly and very helpful. Even went into details with recommendations for what wine to have with certain meals. Rooms were immaculate especially for a first time experience at the hotel. Was our first time staying but definitely won’t be the last. Very happy all round.

📍Peppers Silo Launceston|Highly Recommended Stay in Launceston After comparing lots of hotels, I’m so glad we chose Peppers Silo — it was absolutely the right decision! The hotel has a minimalist yet cozy design, and the rooms are super spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were also incredibly friendly and patient — really made us feel welcome. One of the best parts? They have their own parking lot! Since we rented a car for our trip, it was so convenient not having to worry about parking elsewhere. Overall, a fantastic stay — I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Launceston!

We had an extremely good stay at the Silo. Upon check in they confirmed room, inclusions etc and even remembered that I had mentioned that I could hear the lift at night the last time I stayed and asked if I wanted to move rooms. Lovely welcome gifts were included that make the Platinum status feel worth the effort. Staff were so warm and welcoming, the room was amazing, comfortable bed and very large. Only had breakfast both days and it was very enjoyable. Looking forward to a return.

Can’t complain about this place. It’s surprisingly good. It’s only a 4 star place but honestly the rooms were in good condition, modern, very spacious and comfortable. |We asked for some extra towels and different pillows and they were delivered within 3 mins of the call. ||We only stayed for a night and didn’t go to the restaurant so can’t review it.||Overall, very content

Epic stay for us in the middle of the AFL Season. We decided on a last minute trip to see the Hawks. The food in the Restaurant although a bit pricey was amazing. We loved our room and the location. Free Parking was a bonus also. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic example of what one would expect from a Peppers Hotel. The Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely, large and comfortable. The free included tea/coffee station / bathroom supplies were well stocked and we couldn’t have asked for more The breakfast was excellent and catered well with lots of choices. We felt it was money well spent. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We only stayed one night but we were very impressed. Check in was speedy and we loved our rooms. Great views and a comfortable bed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious. It was lovely to meet the Peppers Hotel dog too- he’s gorgeous and very friendly.

Yelp
A new hotel located in a refurbished former grain silo near the river in Launceston, Tasmania. While we only stayed 1 night, I was wishing for a longer stay given the friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and clever, unique room. We were in a deluxe king, 710 which was such a cool room. Each of the former grain silo towers has been split in Half to form two very large rooms with curved concrete walls. They've also cut windows into the side with a beautiful view of the Tamar river. We enjoyed watching all tHe rowing club boats going past eArly in the day. Opposite the silo rooms is a standard wing with more traditional shaped rooms. Opened only since mid 2018, it stills feel new and certainly has all that you want as it relates to features like bedside power/USB ports, modern rain shower shower head, modern furnishings, comfy bed and pillows (sleep great!) lots of space and more. There's an on-site bar as well as a nice restaurant. Just off the lobby there's a beautiful crushed gravel walking track for short or long walks. It's even possible to follow it all the way to cataract gorge-45 min each way. I was also very impressed by the friendly service at the Front desk and restaurant. Speaking of food, the breakfast buffet is very substantial with cook to order eggs and pAncakes and much more. If you book breakfast when you check in it's only $AUD 22 vs 29 day of at the restaurant and well worth the price. Finally, the hotel has a resident black lab named Archy-and you can take him for walKs if you are missing your own pooch. Bottom line-it's all good. Highly recommended.
