Mixed Experience Overall We encountered a booking issue upon arrival, which required a call to our booking agent to resolve — not the smoothest start to our stay. The room itself was very good, spacious and well-appointed. However, there was a noticeable trip hazard due to the height difference between the bathroom and bedroom tiles, which could be a safety concern. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired. We had to request additional toilet paper, and for a suite, only two towels provided each day of our stay, which didn’t seem adequate. With a few improvements, this could have been a much more comfortable and seamless stay. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the hotel is rated at a five-star standard — limited selection and lacklustre quality. There was no concierge on arrival, and surprisingly, the front desk attendant had to move our car for valet parking, which didn’t present a great first impression. Even wanted you to pay extra for a cup of coffee if you wanted make from the barista. On a positive point the hotel was situated in a great location close to entertainment areas and hospitality. The friendly staff made you feel very welcomed. Overall, the experience felt understaffed, likely due to the busy Gather Round period, but that should have been anticipated and better managed. While the potential is there, the service and attention to detail didn’t meet the expectations of a luxury hotel. Extremely expensive for the overall package during Gather Round.

Best hotel experience I have ever had. Staff are amazing. Service is the best I have ever gotten. Buffet breakfast included was such a highlight . We loved the breakfast and the room service was the best I have ever had. We got great early check in too! Pool and hot tub great! Sauna great! It’s seriously the best hotel in Adelaide. Location is also amazing with shopping centres near by and easy access for Ubers.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

We just finished a great stay at the property over the busy Easter weekend. The rooms were good, however we didn’t fully enjoy it due to the lack of natural light due to being on a lower level. Being on level 2 and our room location, there was a constant smell of chlorine due to the pool being on level 1. Noting how busy the hotel was, we understood that we would be unlikely to get a room change. The facilities were excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool. The location of the property is within easy walking distance to central market and Rundle Mall.

Beautiful, clean room with good quality fittings and fixtures. Very comfortable room, good gym and pool. Breakfast was delicious and room service was a huge poetion of delicious fries. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely use Peppers Hotels again.
