Peppers Waymouth Adelaide

The ratings for this hotel feel quite overrated, maybe because there are not many alternatives in Adelaide. Although there were clearly many empty rooms, we were given a low floor room right next to the elevator. The cold-water tap in the bathroom was broken, so for all four days of our stay we only had hot water. On the first day we were busy with our itinerary and just left a polite note for housekeeping about the problem, but it was ignored. On the second day we discovered that the note had been thrown into the rubbish bag, and the bag itself had been placed on top of the sink. The rubbish had not been cleared at all, and even hair and dust were left on the basin right next to our toothbrushes, which felt frankly insulting. On top of that, the toilet flush did not work properly and sometimes got stuck so the tank would not refill sometimes. The hotel itself is basically an old property with a simple renovation, and the facilities are quite average. Even the television screen mirroring from our phones kept cutting out. Perhaps there are better rooms here, but staying at this hotel feels more like testing your luck than enjoying a comfortable stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers Waymouth. Visited the CBD for 3 nights and found the hotel to be central to everything we needed in walking distance. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable, breakfast each morning was really nice, and enjoyed the heated pool, spa and gym facilities. The only issue that we had was the booking was easy, but it wouldn't let us book or have information regarding car parking online, it would have been helpful to have a bit more specific information available in this respect. Would definitely stay here again.

Location in the CBD was good. Room was nice, but family room layout not great with everyone sharing a bathroom located where the master bed was. The bathroom wall is glass, so privacy and light at night was an issue. The gym facilities were ok. A weights machine would be good. Pool facilities were very disappointing. The pool was not heated. We were there during a heat wave and still couldn't stand to get in. Neither could any other guests we spoke to at the pool. It was arctic. The pool also looked poorly maintained, missing tiles in the spa, sauna not operational, pool water so cloudy. It was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel, so disappointing the pool/spa/sauna were not really useable. Restaurant was ok. Car parking was across the road in public car park. Overall it was fine, but definitely not 5 star.

One of my favorite places to stay when I’m on business. Close to the CBD and a good choice of cafes for breakfast. The service is always great. I was greeted by a lovely lady who was extremely helpful in linking my corporate booking with my Accor membership. Extremely helpful. Rooms are always clean and tidy. You can just relax knowing that it is well maintained.

I had a great stay at Peppers Waymouth Adelaide. The room was comfortable and clean making it easy to relax during my visit. The only issue was in the middle of night one of the cabinets just fell off the wall. The standout, however, was the service. Madisson was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly approach made the experience even better. Overall, a very good stay

We stayed in a Corner Suite at Peppers Waymouth Street, and it was absolutely exceptional. The suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views. The separate living area and generous bathroom with a deep bathtub and rain shower added a real sense of luxury.|From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. The location is perfect—right in the CBD, making it easy to explore Adelaide’s best restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The on-site restaurant served a fantastic breakfast with plenty of fresh options, and the coffee was spot-on.|Facilities like the indoor pool, sauna, and gym made the stay even better. Overall, Peppers Waymouth combines comfort, style, and exceptional service. If you’re looking for a premium stay in Adelaide, the Corner Suite is worth every cent.

We are Accor Gold plus members and always stay in Accor properties. We stayed at Peppers for our 2nd Anniversary. We were very surprised at the bottle of sparkling wine and lovely note. Thank you!!! ❤️ We live locally and love staying away from home in our city often. The facility is amazing, the room appointments are top notch and the hotel staff are truly wonderful. We.enjoyed dinner at Tutto...another wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and the fare was scrumptious! ❤️❤️

This is my first visit to Adelaide so can't compare my experience here with the other hotels. However the rooms are comfy, spacious. I love the large bathrooms and that there is free wifi. The other mantra hotels I've been too didn't offer free wifi, so this is a winner for me. Also there is a lap pool!!! The full breakfast is a little disappointing with its selection but overall a good experience.
