I arrived at my 10pm appointment and there was no one else here. I quickly checked in and got a dock number, but they made me wait 2 hour to unload, and I’m still wondering why 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thankyou to Jamie. He got me offloaded in about a hour n a half great time. It’s hard doing this job and people like him getting me in and out keeps me pushing p everyday

Loaded in 4 hours making a next day delivery impossible given the time it closes. Our time is everything and these low paying loads really need to end.

Do not come too early before your appointment. Manager Doreen is super nice and energetic lady, very professional about her job. Thank you all!

This is a great place to come here and nap. They took over 6hrs to unload me and there was only two trucks on the docks

This is very bad delivery!!!! Do not take cargo here!!!! My check in is 10:45 am and I have not been unloaded yet!!!! I have been standing for 4 hours already!!! Horrible!!!!

[1st Visit, AUG 2nd, 2022] (arrived 3 hrs earlier) pass the gate —-> park in staging area —-> check-in & get a door at the office (thank you for giving me a door 3 hrs earlier) —-> park at the dock —-> wait for unloading (1 & half hrs) —-> paperwork at the office *** no overnight parking available *** small yard *** normally, early check-in is not available (anyway, they gave me a door 3 hrs earlier) *** nice & professional workers

Very rude place unfriendly receivers.i delivered there one time very rude,if you don't appointment they act like your no one.i told my dispatcher don't bring me here no more
