The establishment offers excellent value and is supported by a team of highly commendable staff members. The breakfast provided is decent, and the guest rooms are consistently clean. Its location is exceptionally advantageous, being in close proximity to the Rochar Metro Station and major bus routes. ​We anticipate and welcome the opportunity to conduct business with this establishment again in the future

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Rude dishonest staff, filthy rooms with dangerous wiring. Horrible food. Not a nice area of Singapore. Grubby people with horrible men leering at my daughter. Stay away from the area and this hotel. The staff are lazy and do not man the doors at night so we got locked out. Very grubby little place. Out dirty room had no window. Nothing worked

There is a lot of bad reviews on this place so we wanted to share our experience. First of all the location is amazing right near multiple MRT stations and right in the heart of little India. The room were very clean and functional with AC and great shower. The breakfast was what you would expect for a free breakfast, basic but plentiful. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. At the end of the day it’s a cheap hotel but we found it great value. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend

Located in Little India, this is an ideal place to stay in Singapore, with plenty of Indian restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We stayed here for 7 days and had no complaints. The hotel allowed us an early check-in on our day of arrival, which was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfying, with one Indian dish each day, bread with butter, jam, and peanut butter, fresh fruits, juices, milk with cornflakes and choco flakes, along with eggs and a daily special item. Every evening, we returned to a well-cleaned and neatly arranged room. When we faced an issue with the AC in our room, the staff promptly arranged a new room for us without any hassle. They also kindly allowed us to store our bags securely on both arrival and departure days. Overall, we had a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore.

Everything was okay until the lady receptionist refused to allow us to leave our luggage at the hotel upon checkout. According to her, we couldn’t leave our luggage because we have already checked out… that we should’ve said that we’re leaving the luggage at the lobby before saying that we’re checking out. Doesn’t make sense. That woman was even being rude by just saying “It’s not my mistake.. not my mistake” when we were politely asking for clarification. Terrible person.

This hotel has character. Part of the character is that it is showing its age and is not by any means flash. The breakfast, for example, is very basic but filling. The rooms are small but the doubles are comfortably big enough for one person. The floors need better sound insulation. But its location is wonderful and it is a good basic choice with all the bare essentials.

7 days singapore stay turned uncomfortable. We are vegetarians. Very Basic Breakfast provided , bread butter, egg of no use, banana, sometimes apple, sometimes very diluted tetra pack orange water. Should have mentioned at the time of bopking. Madam who is managing and arrangin breakfast is very very Rude. LIFT NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME AND WE WERE ALLOTED ROOM NO 312. TOILETERIES NOT PROVIDED AS PER INCLUSIONS. MINERAL WATER NOT PROVIDED AS PER INCLUSIONS. NO HELPER WE TOOK OUR OWN BAGGAGE TO OUR ROOMS. ALL RECEPTION STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT HELPLESS ONE CLEANING STAFF WAS GREAT GENTLEMAN . NEED LOT AND LOT OF ATTENTION BY OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT

The accommodation was disappointing overall. While I’m willing to overlook the amenities and ambiance, which were below expectations, the behavior of the hotel staff was unacceptable. They were consistently rude and showed a lack of basic courtesy. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for families with children. One particularly uncomfortable experience was at the breakfast counter, where a staff member stared at us while we ate, making the entire situation feel intrusive

Perak Hotel is a clean and safe hotel in Little India. Good value for your money, especially in pricey Singapore. We stayed two nights in January. All the staff are friendly. Breakfast is included and they always cooked our eggs to order. The menu was different each morning! The rooms are average size with small bathrooms. Shower is small but the whole place was kept clean. AC worked well. I was not able to get wifi from my room but it was free access from the lobby. We slept well and did not hear much noise from busy Little India. We chose this location because of its easy access to the MRT Station. Getting around is super easy in Singapore! Very good budget hotel for those looking for included breakfast and internet access!
