Excellent Experience at Pizzeria Perbacco in Locarno We arrived without a reservation on a busy night, yet the staff quickly found us a table and served a glass of Prosecco while we waited—just 10 minutes. Our waiter, Enrico, was friendly, spoke great French and English, and guided us through the menu and wine list perfectly. We loved the Bœuf Café de Paris and the Risotto Milanese with fresh ceps—both dishes were delicious. Huge thanks to Enrico for his exceptional service, making our evening truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Food was amazing but service could have been much better. They could tell we were struggling to communicate in Italian, but they never offered and English menu until after we encountered problems with our order. They also did not explain the salad situation, pointed us towards a buffet, and then wanted to charge us double for going back a second time (because in America buffets mean you can go back many times). When we explained them this, they said okay and just left. Overall, the food is very good, but I would not recommend for anyone who does not speak German or Italian.

Thin crust pizza that's so good you'll want to eat all your crust. But really. It's manages to be soft and pillowy and crunchy at the same time. With just the right amount of saltiness and semolina and air bubbles. But I've zoomed in on the crust too enthusiastically. The menu is extensive, and has any Italian pizza lovers favorite combination (all languages available--at least English, French, German, Italian). The ingredients were perfectly farm-fresh. The cherry tomatoes on my buffalina pizza had a sweet sugary flavor profile. And the Buffalo mozzarella was thin skinned with a soft milky interior, just the way it should be. The sauce was simple--fresh tomatoes puréed. And it's like they knew me, because the condiment they brought to thr table was pimento oil, because I love being emotional when I eat. Clearly it worked because I'm in love. The amoré kind of love. FYI There's public parking just beyond the restaurant, so the time between parking and pizza is efficient. And service was very professional and kind.
