Was excited to try this place. The famous latte here is the Spanish latte, which has condensed milk. Unfortunately, I couldn't try that, so I opted for iced caramel coffee with oat milk. The lady who took our order wasn't very friendly nor very helpful. I somehow ordered without holding up the line. Coffee was poured in a paper cup, and the barista threw some ice cubes in it to make it iced 😝 I was not expecting this. The coffee was too strong even though I asked for 1 espresso shot, to which the server said it would not taste like coffee. But to my surprise it was very strong and bitter. And later, I had an upset stomach. After trying the coffee, my excitement, being in the cafe, was gone in seconds. Bleh!

A little crowded but the coffee is good. I used to drink it in Japan. You need to taste the espresso tonic, it’s awesome ❤️

I am writing this review all the way from Bulgaria while i am drinking my wanna-be Spanish cappuccino. I am not over exaggerating when i say that this is the best coffee chain i have ever tried. We visited almost all of their locations, starting with this one and all the way to Brooklyn. 🤩

The matcha latte was amazing. You can distinctly taste the matcha through the thick foam balancing the hot drink out perfectly. The foam was definitely just right, not too heavy and not too light that it tasted like bubbles. The latte art was beautiful on top of the perfect shade of green. Overall, it was the perfect comfort drink after a long day in the cold. The place is so comfortable and cozy. There was plenty of space to sit on the side walls and the yellow seats were just so comfortable. The lighting was amazing as well, not too bright but also enough that the lighting on the mirror was amazing, you literally would think the store is bigger than it actually is and you can take amazing mirror pictures from the side of the yellow seats. All I can say is I'm in love with the set up. Simple yet welcoming.

My first taste of their coffee was in Seoul, South Korea. Thrilled to have another chance to try it. Kyoto Latte was delicious and so smooth. No bitterness to it at all. I’m definitely going back to try another for sure.

Super cute vibe of a coffee spot, design is super unique n modern. Not a coffee shop to sitdown or work in but good for a quick artisanal coffee to grab or the start of a date

I’m an Asian person named Bryce, which was also the name I gave to the cashier. She put down Rice as my order name without hesitation. Unbelievable…I left as soon as I got my drink and don’t see myself returning

NBC must have a lot more productivity now that this gorgeous coffee shop exists right next-door. The menu has very specific descriptions of all the drinks offered, including the Kyoto, the Spanish and the dark latte. I asked if the Kyoto latte was strong- I was kindly given the truth. so I went with the dark, as I wanted something chocolatey. (It’s a mocha.) This is not an aggressive mocha. It is not insanely chocolatey. But it has just enough chocolate flavor with the perfect density of foam to truly mellow out the flavors within. Such a good drink- so good I drank the entirety of my cup before I left. Might be my new haunt. Update: after several visits I can truly say this place is my favorite! Felix makes a mean latte 💖 and his colleagues do too. I’m a fan of the Spanish latte now- not as sweet but just as smooth in flavor. Also: the coffee is never burnt - Felix says it’s due to the rigorous roasting process at Arabica. Also the temperature of the drinks is always always perfect as well.
