Perfect Simplu Specialty Coffee & Bites

Our favourite cafe while visiting Romania. Really delicious coffee that was quite unique compared to many other places. We got the traditional cheese bun (hints of orange sweet cheese inside) blue berry cheesecake (not baked) and two iced oat lattes. There was also a gentleman playing live music on a keyboard outside. Great cafe and ambience. Peaceful and calm just located on the other side of the river. Highly recommended. We enjoyed reading there with our coffees. Not to be missed if visiting Romania.

Nice cafe. Good and relaxed atmosphere. Courteous service. The menu is not extensive, but from the selection there is the food is very tasty. Choose the cheese pesto sandwich, it was excellent. The coffee was also excellent.

We stopped by Perfect Simplu for coffee and pastries, and it was a really pleasant experience. The coffees were good, the atmosphere felt calm and relaxed, and it’s definitely a place where you can sit back and enjoy the moment. The pastries and fresh juices were super tasty, full of flavor and clearly made with care. A great spot if you're looking for a chill break with quality treats.

What a great place! We stopped for a brunch and were pleasantly surprised by the hospitable service, great portion sizes and the incredible flavors. 6/5 no complaints!

Cozy atmosphere, friendly baristas, and coffee that actually tastes crafted — not rushed. Perfect spot for a quick espresso or to unwind with a flat white. Definitely coming back.

I am quite intrigued about this place. I heard of it from social media and was very curious to try it, but it was underwhelming. The coffee was good but nothing special. The food was basic, however the bread from the eggs benedict stood out as bad; it was stale.

The atmosphere of the place is quite delightful, with available seating both inside and outside. We’ve only tried two drinks. The lemonade was a very good basic homemade one. However the iced matcha was very milky with almost no matcha being added to the mix. When asked if we could have more matcha tea added, we were met in a dismissive manner by one of the baristas. Overall vibe is cute, and maybe the other items on the menu are good, but do not get the matcha, it is overpriced and way lower quality compared to other spots in town. The color was also a very pale brownish green.

Highly recommended! If you are looking for a place with specialty coffee and brunch this is a go to place. The staff is amazing and they have strong knowledge about coffee. You could choose from a variety of beans and also hand brew methods - not only v60. Probably best coffee I have tried in Romania
