Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel

Before we began our stay at Peridot Grand luxury hotel we were contacted by the manager via whats app, they introduced themselves and let us know that anything we needed they would be happy to accommodate. We booked a transfer at the airport that was seemless, well priced and relaxing after a 9 hour flight. From the moment we walked through the beautiful green doors it really was nothing but luxury. From the stunning decor, accommodating service, beautiful infinity pool views and delicious buffet everything we hoped for this stay came to pass. The host of the day spa was warm, accommodating and provided 10 star service. The location is perfect, pretty much a 15 min walk anywhere or a 30k vnd grab. Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay due to the tropical storm, the hotel was unable to refund us but did provide us with credit to use as well as a breakfast box on our day of departure due to our early flight. It is easy to see why this hotel has won most instagrammable hotel in 2024, just divine! We will definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful service.

We had a great experience at the Peridot! It is right in the heart of Old Quarters. You walk outside the hotel and you're in the hustle and bustle. They were extremely attentive to us and made sure our trip was a 10/10 experience. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Kylie gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and things to see. They organized our transportation from the airport and made everything very seamless. Thank you for everything!!

The hotel staff provided an excellent service experience from start to finish. They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. During check-out, the staff patiently asked for our feedback one by one and sincerely cared about our opinions. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated their professionalism. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooftop lounge and pool area are stunning, offering beautiful views of the city—especially at sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and a quick swim. Although the pool is on the smaller side, it's very well maintained and feels like a relaxing oasis above the city. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the hotel lobby smells absolutely divine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the common areas were spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from, including a made-to-order egg station that had everything we could want. The location is ideal—just a short walk to explore the Old Quarter—and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. When our driver had trouble finding the hotel, one of the lovely front desk staff members kindly spoke to him on my phone and gave him clear directions. It made all the difference. Thank you for such a fantastic stay in Hanoi! We’ll definitely be back in the future.

We had a very late-night arrival, which can often be stressful, but Lucy had already arranged a comfortable airport pickup for us. She went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was seamless, and we were so grateful for the smooth transition after a long flight. ​The bellboy was also very prompt in assisting with our luggage, and the beautiful, fragrant lobby was a welcome sight. It truly is a serene escape from the lively streets of Hanoi. The elegant design and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel make you feel completely at ease. ​In addition to the wonderful service, we were very impressed with the hotel's amenities. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious food. ​The Peridot Hotel is a gem, offering a perfect blend of style, comfort, and prime location. The team here, especially Lucy, provides a level of service that makes all the difference. The hotel was beautiful! And Kylie's service is second to none! Best team ever. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay...and the personal service was incredible from the staff. Atmosphere was great! Room was impeccable. Bathroom 5 star. So clean but especially the guest relations via Kylie. Location was great. Best value.

We had an amazing stay at the Peridot Grand luxury hotel. Located in the best location within the old quarter. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfectly sized , luxurious and very clean. We were thrilled by the hospitality received by all the staff. I would like to specially thank Miss Kylie who made our stay extremely memorable. She is amazing and knows exactly what a tourist is looking for and she was available all the time to give us the best recommendations in Hanoi.
