Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel

We spent our honeymoon at Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel on July 15, and it was truly the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special and welcomed. They upgraded us to a larger room with the highest view in the hotel, which gave us breathtaking city views—especially at sunset.||To our surprise and delight, the room was beautifully prepared with wine, chocolates, and a romantic setup—a thoughtful gesture that made our honeymoon feel even more memorable.||The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience perfect.||The hotel itself is gorgeous—elegant design, luxurious rooms, and an amazing rooftop pool and bar that we absolutely loved. The location is also ideal—peaceful yet close enough to explore Hanoi’s vibrant Old Quarter.||We’re so grateful to the team at Peridot Grand for making our honeymoon so special. We’ll always remember our stay here and would love to come back again someday.||Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and luxurious stay in Hanoi!

Fantastic hotel, very well-located near the the old town. Lovely room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Roof top pool was great fir views of the city and relaxing, but Sky bar was rather expensive -better to get a cocktail elsewhere! Would highly recommend visiting the night market, train street and the water puppet show which are all nearby

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Peridot Grand Luxury! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast , gym and swimming pool are great. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring the area easily. The The only downside was that we had to wait a few minutes for the hot water to come through. However, this minor inconvenience didn't overshadow our overall fantastic experience. We highly recommend the Peridot Grand Luxury for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

It was a nice hotel with good service. The rooms were a bit small and the location area was loud and busy. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The pool was much smaller than it seems in the photos. The staff were polite and very attentive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you do not want to visit the old quarters. But if you want to see the old quarters, then this hotel is perfect for you and is very convenient. Overall, this hotel was a fun place to stay for a bit and the service and food were great!

We loved our stay here. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the busy streets of old quarter. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating — shout out to Julie at the front desk who helped us coordinate dinner reservations and transfer from airport as well as Tra at the spa. Breakfast buffet was nice. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is designed with elegance and style. From the moment you arrive, they treat you like your the only guest in the world. They are attentive and pay attention to every detailed step of your experience throughout your stay. I would recommend this beautiful, luxurious hotel nestled away in the heart of the Old quarter making it walkable to everything you need. The buffet breakfast is outstanding quality and the food is displayed beautifully, so you just want to dive into all the food they have to offer. The spa is lovely and there is a rooftop pool and bar. Overall my experience was so great I have no intention of staying anywhere else when I return to this amazing country!

This is such a pretty hotel and the location is absolutely ideal for exploring the old quarter. When you become overwhelmed it’s a quiet oasis to retreat to. Rooms feel spacious and bathroom is fantastic. The best thing about this hotel though are the wonderful staff and in particular the reception staff including Long. We got lots of tips and information and were advised to use the grab app for taxis which was a game changer. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. When my daughter was feeling sick at breakfast one of the waitresses got her a ginger honey drink and then a takeaway peppermint tea to help with nausea - all without being asked. Highly recommend

A great hotel to stay in while in Hanoi - clean and quite spacious! Showers a little weird to turn on and hot water took nearly 3 minutes to come out. Breakfast was lovely - cold coffee with coconut milk was excellent. Omelettes - the best! Gerry at reception is a gentleman - he recommended restaurants which were amazing and was more than happy to book them for us. Laundry service quick and excellent Service at swimming pool was a little slow.
