Great food and great service. The staff was very kind and friendly! Enjoyed my experience here.

Very nice Perkins close to I95 and one of the Viera exits. Serivr is very good and friendly. Typical Perkons menu served hot and fresh. My French toast was cooked perfectly. Cooked hot and well balanced. I just wish the prices hadn't gone up so much. I paid about $20 for two eggs, two bacon strips and three thin slices of French toast plus coffee. Hard to justify, but it was fast and convenient to where I was.

My wife and I decided to give Perkins in Viera a try for breakfast and the food was delicious. My wife had the avocado eggs Benedict and I had the sirloin steak and eggs. Everything was delicious and the portions were great. Service from Sharooz was excellent and the atmosphere was very clean. As they say, kindness served daily and they did. Thank you Sharooz for your hospitality and we look forward to visiting again for a great meal.

You walk in it has a moldy. Smell should have been my first clue. Because then after we had ordered, we started looking around and the ceiling around it are all molded. How this place hasn't been shut down is beyond me.

I recently dined at this perkins where I had the pleasure of being served by Gloria. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and pleasant throughout my meal. The service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be back for more delicious food and wonderful hospitality.

Dropped in for a late lunch and wound up eating breakfast instead. Our party of 3 was quickly seated. Our waitress paid special attention to my 85 yo friend who is hard of hearing. All of our food was hot, tasty and served quickly. The serving sizes are generous, and we happened to be there on "free slice of pie" day. We took our pies home to enjoy later on. If you're looking for wide options or all day breakfast, Perkins is a great choice. It's not fancy, just really good!
