Perla Hotel

This hotel is situated very centrally in Prague. It is less than 10 minutes from the Old Square and "The Clock". It is also 10 minutes from Wenslaslas Square. The castle was about a 35 minute walk. There are lots of places to eat within 5 minutes. We tried a couple of Czech restaurants, both were excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight was late afternoon, but it was no trouble for them to store our luggage for the day. Breakfast was as little or as much as you wanted to eat. There was cornflakes, granola. Ham, cheese, breads, olives, fruits, local cakes, toast, juices, coffees - hot and iced, teas, yoghurts, sausages, bacon, eggs, soup and much more! Would recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and fantastic staff. Well done Perla!

Rooms were very clean, Food is amazing just staff is kind of suffocating in way of like they are hovering at you while you're eating. But other than that they were amazing and The receprion guy made my day. Also there was this guy who saved our luggage till we were walking around and he is just amazing. They have great gym and from the 4th floor the view is great. They have a lot of different kinds of food and the pastry is Magnificent. The location is in center basically so yes would reccomend.

Lovely hotel. Very close to the Christmas market. Great location. Very friendly staff always saying hello. Beds Very comfortable. Nice hot shower. Breakfast great choice and plenty of it. We would recommend this hotel for your stay in Prague

The hotel is in a great location, very close to subway (only a couple of stops away from the castle), shops, main attractions and lots of interesting museums. Rooms are spacious, warm and clean, windows could be a bit more sound-proof to ensure a better sleep (double glazed, but still let quite a bit of noise in from the traffic in the street and partying people. Breakfast has got a good selection - would cater for anyone. Staff if friendly and helpful.

Our first visit on a city break with Jet 2. The location is very convenient for all the important sights. Our room was warm and cosy and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable.|and the room was serviced daily , clean towels, Nespresso machine , fridge, safe.||Breakfast was buffet style with good selection and available till 10.30am|We missed a residents lounge/bar but that was reflected in the price paid.||Public transport is first class in Prague. As we are over 65 there is no charge,you don’t even need a ticket. Other age group need to purchase tickets .||We used pubic transport to get to the hotel 59 bus and metro (green line) , exiting the metro at Mustek. The hotel is very close by. We only had cabin baggage, I would not recommend if you have large luggage.

Breakfast very varied but the worst food we had in Prague, salty or tasteless and we actually skipped it a few times. Room had a lot of large mirrors on the walls, in the bathroom, pictures of pearls and large red chairs, etc that felt a little suggestive which wasn't advertised. You can hear the two nearby bars all night despite the two layers of windows. It's a weird yellow in the corridors with odd text that almost oriental, sightly unusual themeing given the tasteful looking grey outside. Very close to the centre and the metro. Beds solid. Room hot. Clean though and friendly staff.

Excellent location. Only minutes from the metro so easy to get around. (Even to/from the airport). Was about a 5 min walk to the astronomical clock, so was very close to lots of sights, bars and restaurants. Very reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Staff on reception were excellent. Nothing was too much for them and they was very helpful in advising how to get around.

Great view. The check-in process was easy and they were able to help me since I did not go in speaking English. We this is located, it is not too far from all the great destinations. For me, everything was within walking distance but you can take the tram or taxi to get anywhere else you would like. We stayed for two nights and our package came with breakfast. The breakfast had what you would expect from a buffet styled breakfast and had enough local specialties to keep you coming. The room we got was on the first floor and the rooms there were spacious. We got a twin double. The lighting was good and offered different kinds of mood lighting. The walls of the room seem relatively thin since we were able to hear our upstairs and next-door neighbors. This does go with the fact that we did not indeed end up hearing much of anything. There is a safe in the room that is very easy to use although relatively small compared to other ones. The bathroom is spacious and comes with amenities for you. The only one bad thing was that the roof was peeling a little bit but it is not worthy of lowering the rating. Cleaning service was very generous and gave us some toilet paper and offered to give us new towels regardless of us not asking for the room to be serviced.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. I've been to Prague 6 times and the next time I come here, I will book in this hotel. The rooms are large, it's clean and the cleaning of the rooms works perfectly. If you go to Prague during the warmer seasons so it's good to have a private in-room refrigerator to keep cold drinks in. The staff is very nice and helpful. I first stayed here so we stayed one week (as well as our 40 wedding guests) all got good service. When we came home in the middle of the night after the wedding party and I needed something to put my flowers in it took 5 minutes for the staff to fix that. The breakfast is very good, fruit, coffee (love that they have an espresso machine) lot of different teas. Bread, omelette, bacon. Almost everything you wish for. Located 5-7 minutes walk from the bridge and the old town, very good to be able to go wherever you will without having to take a taxi or metro. Very good price on the rooms, to book via the hotel's website and stay 3 nights will be picked up at the airport and get a nice welcome drink when you arrive. The hotel has a gym and sauna area.

We had a great stay at Hotel Perla, 4nights. Our room was huge, great light, and a large modern bathroom. The service was excellent. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action of Old Town. Couldn't be better location. The breakfast was awesome, great start on the day. Will stay here next time.

My family stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was conveniently located neat old town and a short tram ride away from the Prague Castle. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our stay included delicious breakfast buffet and wifi.

The location of Perla couldn't be more perfect - 5 minutes from Old Town Square and very close to the shops in Wenceslas Square. The decor of the hotel itself is beautiful and is exactly like the online pictures. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I had (and a very big issue at that) was the cleanliness! The room looked like it had never seen a duster or vacuum cleaner, the bathroom was covered in dust and grime (the toilet was vile) and the floors were disgusting. Spider webs (with added dead bugs) decorated the window frames and the clump of hair on the side table simply completed the look. As a non-smoker, I was most certainly not impressed to find the corridors smelling of smoke, despite choosing a non-smoking room. Additionally, the Reception area was also filled with the aroma of cigarettes - not pleasant. A very disappointing stay overall.
