Perla Hotel

Great location, clean modern rooms, tasty breakfast and overall hotel is great...to reiterate. We were on the third floor and did experience noise from the road below during the night, might not be great if you are a light sleeper. Overall, great hotel and would stay here again. Checked in early, bag storage after checkout and very friendly on reception.

After arriving at the hotel we left our luggage without any problem at around 9am. We were told to come back at around 2.30pm because the rooms were not ready. Ok, understandable. And we went sightseeing. After returning, the room was not fully prepared for the arrival of the guests, i.e. it was not cleaned thoroughly, dirty on the mirrors and a lot of dust on the mirror walls, it was certainly not one-day dust, because it is dusty/close to the street. It was simply not cleaned thoroughly or checked. - everything was very visible on the black: mirror surfaces.(but the next day it looked much better )I do not know why the room stank of cigarette smoke in the evenings, the smell came from the bathroom, maybe someone was smoking in other rooms?! - we did not report it, now I think we should. breakfast: small selection of food but very tasty fresh bread, cold cuts, cheeses and fresh donuts. I had the impression that the service did not keep up with the delivery of food (one person for about 20/30 guests) juices, apple/orange juice to water ratio was too small juices were tasteless. for sure no one will leave hungry because you can find something for yourself and eat. the best advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, everything is very close. despite the minor inconveniences I would recommend the hotel

The hotel is very comfortable, staff is kind and helpful. The manager made some amazing recommendations for places to visit and restaurantes, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Just 5 min walking from metro station and short distance from the main places in the old town. Can’t wait to visit Prague again and I have no doubt that I’ll stay in Perla hotel again.

They were able to give us a room before the check-in time, and I thank them for that because we were very tired from the trip. Kind workers, maids. The bed doesn't suit me because it's soft, I feel like the bed is made of water, I didn't like the scrambled eggs for breakfast,other food was ok.The rooms are perfectly fine, the bathroom is excellent and the location is THE BEST,if i ever again have the chance i will stay in Perla :)

Very good positioning by historical center, almost every turistic objective is near of the hotel, meantime very good quality of all services ! I had accommodation in the hotel together with my family beginning of this week and we have only positive feedbacks about Perla Hotel. I recommend this location!

I had a great stay at Hotel Perla, Prague. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bedroom spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower good. The air con worked well and the windows could be opened. Breakfast was plentiful, very varied, and delicious. The location is great too. Highly recommend!

Great location. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Clean and nice rooms with a location that can’t be beat. Front staff were okay but forgetful; we pre booked a shuttle to the bus station, they forgot to order it, misquoted the price. Luckily we made it, but just barely. Otherwise a decent hotel in the heart of the city on a quiet street.

Nice hotel in a great location. It's situated just steps from the main shopping area and a short walk from the main square, making it ideal for a city trip. The room was clean and adequately sized for our needs, though not particularly spacious. There were a few minor issues, like a faucet that didn’t flow well, but nothing major. Breakfast looked appealing, though it wasn’t quite to our taste—this might be due to personal preference. The hotel also has a small gym in the basement with some basic equipment, which is a nice option if you want to get in a quick workout during your stay. The staff was really kind and helpful. Overall, it's a good hotel, especially considering the price.
