The meal was superb; the presentation magnificent. The ambience was delightful. The glass of white wine that I had my taste buds singing. The only regret I had is that the meal came to an end.

What a find! Had the €51 menu of three courses, every one delicious. Good sized portions, excellent flavours - the deconstructed lemon tart was amazing. Gourmet food at non gourmet prices. Friendly service and well timed courses. Highly recommend!

The food is really superb! The presentation is great and the portions are big enough, that you don't need to order the whole three course menu, even though I highly recommend it since each plate was an experience. It seems to be a pricy restaurant, but for what you get it's a bargain.

An Explosion of flavours greets my tongue with the aperitif, a myriad cacophony of tastes…fantastic! This restaurant tucked away in a courtyard in the older part of Strasbourg is a gem. A reservation is a genuine recommendation for this place only has 28 seat’s and that is good I wouldn’t want more! Eat yourself at leisure through the menu which changes regularly to offer you the best fare of the season accompany your choice with a fine wine 🍷. Enjoy your stay here in an unhurried atmosphere of fine dining and leave happy for having been here.

Delicious food, lovely decor, friendly staff. Went in as a table for one, sat at the bar - happy enough. Has the prawns and chickpeas to start, trout (salmon like) with onions, cabbage and citrus skin and the waffle mouse to finish. Highly recommend

Not the best experience. The table we had overlooking the open window was lovely, letting in the warm spring air. The starters were ok, but the the problem started with the main courses. Three of our party ordered the scallops and i ordered the lamb pie. All of the dishes had a single overwhelming salty element. The sauce on the lamb pie was far too salty but was manageable if mixed in with the rest of the plate but certainly didn't add anything. For the scallops the mushroom garnish and sauce left a salty taste to the point it was noticeable long after leaving the restaurant and destroyed any delicacy of the flavour of the scallops. The staff asked our opinion of the dishes and we raised these concerns but there was no follow up. Unfortunate as we hoped they would want to correct such an obvious mistep. As a group we did find it strange that only one element of each dish was so obviously over salted in two seperate dishes while the rest of the elements were balanced and it was not un-noticed that our service slowed after we mentioned the quality issue.

We came here based on the recommendation of our hotel. The location is lovely, tucked away in a beautiful courtyard. That's, unfortunately where the good ends. Our starters, foie gras and tuna tare tare were OK, if a bit odd. (Full slices of foie and full strawberries, it didn't mesh well) but the real issue was our mains. One person got the lamb pie, the lamb itself was fine, however the sauce was insanely salty. That would be bad. What was worse was the scallops. Scallops with mushrooms and spinach. OK, sounds fine. The scallops were reasonably well cooked but the amount of salt. I have a love of salt, but sitting here 4 hours later my mouth still feels like I licked a salt lick. When asked about the food we were honest. The response was to ignore our party for the rest of the evening. We attempted to get the attention of the staff but somehow ended up being the last people in the restaurant before we could get their attention to get the bill. The server was clearing decor and tablecloths off the other tables. We wouldn't come back or recommend it to anyone else we know.
