(Permanently Closed) Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel

Good location by the river. Bus stop nearby. The room was ready when I arrived at midday and was well appointed. Nice big spa bath. Good view out over the river. I could hear some guests in the rooms above, some kids were running around and playing, but once they went to bed it was quiet, road noise not a problem.

Room was large and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Heaps of parking available. Would have been better to have a proper shower rather then one in the spa bath. Its a shame it doesn't have a restaurant on the premises although there are several restautants nearby.

We ordered a breakfast room service with our family who were staying there. It was prompt, and served with a smile. The food wasn't 5 star, but it was acceptable for a hotel breakfast. Afterwards we enjoyed a nice walk through the grounds and along the river.

Attended a wedding reception here. The food was OK. Canapés were better than the main courses. The room layout was a bit odd as the dining area was sprayed from the dancefloor and the bar. The view could be fantastic however is ruined by the beach houses which have been planted poolside. Wait staff seemed disinterested in being there.

We were really surprised when we drove upto the hotel it looked fresher then the rest. When we got to our 2 bed room apartment we were really surprised by how lovely it was and the beautiful views we had the only downside was that the resturant was under renovations but we were given notice of this and room service menu was available. Also all the staff we had interactions with were lovely and welcoming We will definitely be staying again

Appreciated the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was roomy with equipped kitchen and washing machine available. Dish washer wasn't working but was quickly attended to when reported. Air con available in lounge and one of the bedrooms. Other two had fans only. Friendly staff at reception, particularly Simon and Angela. Too bad the restaurant wasn't in operation when we stayed. Great view from the balcony.

Wonderful large room, well located accomodation with amazing views of Swan River. Varied serviced room configurations, elevator, pool, basic breakfast and food / drink items sold on site. In room: Microwave, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates and pots/pans, medium sized fridge with freezer section, washing machine, dryer, T.V, radio. Comfortable beds. Have enjoyed many stays here with only the last one having a few issued, but will continue to recommend. Close to Ascot, Belmont, new Stadium and walkway, Casino.

My favourite place to stay in Perth and I have stayed here many times. For long stays when I travel, I prefer serviced apartments like this one over hotels. You get more space and have the option to prepare your own meals to save a few dollars...and they clean up fir you :-) This hotel has great views and is only a 5 min drive to Crown. Friendly staff and an OK restaurant if you do need breakfast lunch or dinner.
