Shocking build quality, poor customer care and pushy sales tactics. Completed on my purchase on the Friday, wouldn't give my keys until the Monday, still not ready! No proper access to my driveway, cupboard not built, wet concrete on my floor and the list goes on. Appalling, would never recommend

I am SSTC with no chain on my house, as confirmed by my estate agent to the Persimmon representative. Why does she insist on asking what my estate agent classes as irrelevant questions? Could it be because I want to use my own solicitor for the purchase and not a ‘recommended’ solicitor? I have to give one star to comment.

What a mess, allowing airbags to blow across fields, into hedgerow and trees and pavements putting animals and people at risk, decimating wildlife in their quest for greed, building on greenbelt, plase dont buy their houses!
