Perth City Apartment Hotel

Wanted to wait to make this review until I got my $300 bond back. Please read up on the owner before booking. I booked an apartment for 5 people on 02/28, the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The reason for the 4 stars is the overall cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great. Dirty windows, grime on the stove vent, and the AC needed a good clean. If you want to book a place to go out with friends for the nightlife, this is perfect. I personally wouldn't have stayed longer.

Room was clean but very old|Bathroom light didn't work and I had to put a towel in the sink because the washer failed and the tap wouldn't stop running.||They took a $300 bond and added a $28 "admin charge" for a single night beware of that rip off.

My second stay here. Location very central for my visit, room was nicely appointed and beautifully clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Eddie was very polite and helpful. The cleaners I met in the hallway were also very pleasant, smiled and said hello. Will definitely stay again.

Very unhygienic and dirty hotel . There is a lot of druggist live in this hotel . Hotel says they have non smoking rooms but inside your room there is a smoke smell coming inside the room . This hotel is not safe for family and girls because there is no safety and security . Hotel manager very rude and unprofessional he don’t care about the customer service they just care about only money . There is no staff in the hotel after 5pm . After 9 pm they stop receiving the calls . They are the biggest scammers in the hotel industry in perth market . Please don’t go in this trap . I had booked room there for 2 nights but I left the hotel at midnight because there is lot of noise coming from outside , getting the smoke smell inside the room and its not safe and secure . There is lot of druggist in the car park area and staying inside the hotel. Hotel doesn’t care about anything . Once you paid you cannot get any refund Eventhough thats the mistake of hotel .

Excellent Front Reception Service [from the General Manager], comfiest/cosiest bed I've stayed in at a hotel, and simple but charming ambience in my apartment room. Very happy with the amenities, such as parking. The place can attract colourful characters, but for adventurers it's a perfect blend of price, quality, and location.

Where to start with this place??? After paying online when checking in i was charged an extra $20 a day facilities fee ($60 not refunded) as well as a $300 security deposit, the room is what you expect for something this cheap. Toilet paper wads stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom, leaking taps, room stinking of cigarette smoke, people smoking in the corridor and the single smoke detector on this floor didnt pick it up, dogs running around the hallway unleashed and urinating on the carpets, doors to the outside permanently open allowing anyone to walk in any hour of the night. The room door locks so if you need a roof over your head then it achieves its purpose and it is in a great location.

Sadie and I enjoyed staying at Perth apartment hotel and Eddie was very accommodating. The room is clean when I entered and needs to be maintained with regular vacuum and mopping if you have a very furry friend like a Goldy which Eddie told me to do. Eddie will tell you on arrival that everything should be kept clean with a pet like you're in a rental through a real estate which is completely Normal, and no smoking etc. I'm very thankful thankful that he let me have Sadie (my golden retriever) with me.

We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment. After being a bit apprehensive when we first arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the room and amenities. Eddie and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Having the car park area was great and easily accommodated our 4WD. The cost of the room was very good. We had previously stayed in an expensive motel in Geraldton and I have to say our room at Perth City was much better and more comfortable.
