Perth City Apartment Hotel

My second stay here. Location very central for my visit, room was nicely appointed and beautifully clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Eddie was very polite and helpful. The cleaners I met in the hallway were also very pleasant, smiled and said hello. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment. After being a bit apprehensive when we first arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the room and amenities. Eddie and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Having the car park area was great and easily accommodated our 4WD. The cost of the room was very good. We had previously stayed in an expensive motel in Geraldton and I have to say our room at Perth City was much better and more comfortable.

I resided here for over a month between October and November. The two-bedroom apartment is truly exceptional and spacious, featuring all necessary amenities en-suite. The owner, Eddie, exhibits exceptional hospitality, as do the other staff members who work there. Friendly staff. The location is ideal, being proximal to all key city attractions. I will definitely book here again, when I am here next year.

i have stayed here 2 weeks in 2018 and came back again for another 4 days 2025 and i can't understand whats wrong with those who winges and moans about their stay! what you pay is what you get. the accomodation prices are very compeitive for its location and size of rooms which attracts younger people and lower end of customers, thats why you should expect noise and un controlled behaviour of such a customers thats not a 4 star hotel. the accomodation size was excellent, room is clean and provide a good value for what is being paid. the building is old and thats normal. needs some love what is also a valid point. i have left my rooms the same way i arrived, well and clean. and got my bond back in 24 hours without any deductions. so very abovious those who winge about bonds have an issue of understanding how things work in this business. you thrash your room and dont tak out your trash and expect the bond to be back is silly. i have been around several accomodations around WA all of them took bond and i have seen much worse around which is mainly a general challenge for all tourism industry in WA and not only this one. so as a conclusion i highly recommend this accomodation and his owner Eddie such a kind and fair person. he is strict about his policies which is good. only comment for Eddie to make the $20per day fees (which is minor) more visible to people booking this accomodation online.

Eddie is an amazing guy, couldn’t praise him enough went above and beyond to help when needed and assist where he could also. If you are expecting five stars then don’t stay but if you want a great place to stay where you actually feel welcomed then stay here: Some reviews may have negatives to say, those people simply are anal in my opinion. I had not a single bad experience here, people were lovely locals were nice to me. Maybe because people treat us our we treat them and I always show respect to people and this is what I got in return my staff and locals I encountered. I relaxed in the hotels pool on a daily basis to cool off, being it is summer, also went to the beach, which is a short 15min trip away. The place is central to everything, be it food, drinks, parks and more. There is factory outlet shops across the road and the bus stop that’s right out the front to which around the Perth loop the bus is free. I’ll be happily staying again in January and the hotel I’m glad to support with my business anytime I’m in Perth. A great place that suits every families budget.

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment hotel in Perth. They took a $300 bond and also charged $60 for two days of “daily cleaning.” However, the room was never cleaned even once during my stay. Despite taking the cleaning fee, they did not provide the service at all. The worst part is that after I checked out, they didn’t return my bond. It feels like they simply took the money and ignored their responsibility. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I strongly recommend that anyone planning to stay here should think twice and consider these issues before booking. There are many better and more trustworthy options in Perth.

One of the worst places we have ever experienced, Mould on walls & in shower, horrible smells, no one to help us at from front desk at 7pm at night, so we had to leave to find other accom. Now continuing a fight to simply get our deposit back after countless promises, avoid this if you’re looking for style & comfort, nothing more than a fifo accom standard. And Eddie is a poor host.

I found the staff an absolute pleasure. Eddie was very accommodating with my stay. After reading some of the other reviews, I don't believe wat I read. I found nothing wrong with the roo.(407). It was noisey yes. But coming from the country to the city of course noises r louder. I will definitely b staying again. Thanks Eddie and staff 4 making my stay very enjoyable.
