This place needs to be shut down. ||We stayed there and it is ridden with bed bugs. My partner is COVERD in bites and sores from the BED BUGS we found in room 422 - SEE PHOTO ATTACHED ||Owner Eddie couldn’t care less that our room was infested and refused to move us . When we told him about the bed bugs he didn’t even seem surprised, didn’t apologies & just promised a refund on check out, then of course didn’t give the refund and said booking.com can deal with it.||We left our fire stick in the room, he tried to not let us in as he said it already had a guest and didn’t want to disturb him! So knowing full well the room is INFESTED , he has still rented it out the very next day with zero cleaning or the correct process and protocol following bee bugs in the rooms. !!!! The poor guy in there now will wake up covers in bites too. ||||When you book via booking.com, the hotel then calls you INSTANTLY to say you need to pay the $300 deposit quickly and via payID BEFORE even getting to the property?! Shouted at me and told if I don’t send the money now before they close at 5pm , I won’t get our room key. Even though the details says you can check in until 9pm ??||||Did NOT feel safe at night at all. Many residents making you feel as if they are about to rob you. I was in the lift and had 2 girls whispering about my trainers. Dirty, unwashed pans and kitchen utensils. Vile place. ||||Found an old lady in the corridor who couldn’t speak much English looking scared. I asked if she was ok , she said was stranded because Eddie wouldn’t answer the out of hours number to allow her to check in to her booked and paid for room. Had to contact the other hotel in the vicinity who told us this is normal, and we would have to go and knock on a residents door!! How scary!!!! If I hadn’t of helped her I think she would have slept in the hallway.
