Perth City Apartment Hotel

RUN AWAY!!!!! Perth's biggest thieves! as we can see in the other reviews, apparently we smoke so they take is 1300 dollars (bond), but we didn't smoke! but in all the comments he responds by saying you smoked! Unbelievable that everyone smokes! Then let's talk about the state of the appartment and the population... attacks, drug stings in the corridors, no respect, trash everywhere, and huge cockroaches... We took a DIRTY apartment and we left it cleaner than it was. What's more, they enter the apartment whether you are there or not, without warning you! AND they are able to put a cigarette in the room and take a photo to make false evidence.... I have never seen that in my entire life. Eddy is the worst person in Perth and I think his karma will catch up with him!

The worst hotel experience. The owner Eddy takes advantage of young backpackers arriving in Perth. On the first day, he convinced us to write a good review in exchange for a discount. The hotel, if you can call it that, looks like something out of a horror movie. When we arrived at the apartment, we found it completely filthy, with a fridge full of water leaking everywhere. We had to spend time drying the floor as soon as we entered the mini apartment. There were screams from drunk people fighting at all hours of the day and night. People knocked on the door asking if we had drugs, and some even followed us to the apartment (I was scared to return home alone in the evening after work). Two other backpackers were robbed in their apartment at night while they were sleeping. Eddy, the man at the reception who manages the hotel, was constantly rude and disrespectful to us. We endured because we had no other options at that moment. But when we finally found another place to stay and left the hotel, Mr. Eddy decided to withhold our $300 bond, claiming that at checkout we were supposed to thoroughly clean the apartment, including washing the sheets (which we had actually washed in the laundry at the cost of $11). It was crazy, considering that in any hotel the sheets are changed for new guests after every checkout. To be clear, we left the apartment in better hygienic conditions than we found it, as it was completely dirty when we arrived. Eddy also claimed that we had broken the TV, which was magically broken even though we never even turned it on since we don't watch TV in English. Anyway, after various absurd excuses, we never saw our money again. A big scam after all the horror we experienced in that place.

We booked a two bedroom apartment. Front of house staff were awesome. We arrived at times out side of check-in and they were accommodating, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are equipped with everything as advertised and are comfortable. Well located for access to RAC arena and northbridge. Onsite parking is cheap and close to the main building, If you have a high 4WD might pay to phone ahead as there is limited spots with clearance. If you are looking for basic, functional budget accommodation it will tick the boxes and we will be back.

where do I start with this place. Me and a few of my Friends came here to stay at Perth City Apartment Hotel this was the first time that some of us has been to Perth and this place Absolutely ruined our Experience. to begin with we got to the Building and there was a lot of people On drugs outside of the Building running a Muck. As we head into the Building first thing we could smell was smoke or weed going up the stairs towards our room. In the Stairway we could see pee coming down the stairs in which we have to try and avoid while going up. When at our room the AC was on which was keeping the room Nice and cool but the main issue was that the AC Was duck taped together and hanging on by a thread not the best first thing to walk into. next we go to check out my bedroom ( The only good bedroom in the room we were at ) we then Decide to check out the other bedroom first the Draws Destroyed so no Unpacking even if you wanted to. The fan in the room was hanging by its Wires ( Electrical Hazard ) the toilet door did not lock as well as the Shower door being broken and easily able to be stuck in the shower. We decided to have a chat and was considering to go stay somewhere else and decided to read the google Reviews on this place ( Regret not reading before paying for the Accommodation ) we decided to sleep on it and see what the next day would bring. The Sleep was a Hard one for us people outside making Noice's People Upstairs Arguing and the smell was already bad Enough. the Pool had not been Cleaned at all and people who don't stay at Perth City Apartments Hotel do use the pool which is a huge Turn off for people who have paid Money to stay here want to have a bit of privacy. This made it feel a lot more like a Free Public Pool. Warning it took 1 Week for us to get the Security bond back. I do want to say that the staff member that we spoke to was super nice and was helping us find the places that we wanted to go to he also Admitted to us that this place is not the best place to stay in Perth Appreciated him being upfront with us but still was not satisfied with this place all round

Won’t pay deposit back, being accused of smoking even though we didn’t, cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen cupboards. Dodgy at night time felt unsafe. Police in & out few times. DO NOT STAY

When i arrived with my 2 children i had to give $300.00 bond and was asked to go to another property Quest West End where they had 1 apartment to rent.||IT WAS VERY, VERY DIRTY.|TERRIBLE.|Cotton wool bud on the bathroom floor, all dishes put away dirty. It was so bad my kids wanted to move.|Unfortunately I was too exhausted to move but i |rang the manager Eddie and let him know that the room was not clean and when I turned the air-conditioning on cigarette smell came out.|I TOOK PHOTOS TO SHOW EDDY THE MANAGER. |BUT THE CLEANER RANG ME AND BLAMED ME.|SHE SAID I WAS SMOKING AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY BOND.||THIS IS A BIG SCAM.|I DONT SMOKE.||DO NOT STAY HERE.||DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE $300.00 OR ANY EXTRA BOND.|YOU WONT GET IT BACK.||THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN PERTH HAVING NO WHERE TO STAY.|TERRIBLE.

Worst experience every. Left us in carport, would let us in to give us our details, hang up on us. Then cancelled our booking and kept our money. Not a very safe part of town too. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

I was ecstatic to find a pet friendly hotel close to the city!! I originally booked for 2 nights but stayed 4 nights 😄 Rooms are nice & clean, Awesome customer service…. Definitely never a dull moment😉 last but not least , Eddie was an Awesome Host. Thanks Tiff & ChaCha
