Peru Hop

I spent three great days traveling with Peru Hop, visiting places I had already been to before—but this time in a completely different way. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully and creatively the southern Peruvian coast was presented through a very well-organized itinerary. There was always a good balance between making the most of each stop and having time to relax if you wanted to. The flexibility of the schedule was a big plus. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was fantastic —energetic, knowledgeable, and funny. As he likes to say, he’s not just the Peru Hop guide but also your friend along the journey. Thanks to him, I learned much more about Peruvian culture while having a lot of fun along the way. I also met amazing people from all over the world and made new friends. I went with Peru hop for the Ballestas island,Paracas National reserve and slave tunnel tour. For anyone who will choose this, from my experience ,you will have two separate guides but you will be informed well of the details at the start of the tour. Smooth logistics I must say .Thanks to Franklin for an informative and organised start of this tour. I specifically chose this tour as am interested of Peruvian history and did not disappoint with Juan Carlos explaining all the gist. It was an interactive experience , not boring at all. Turned out I learned many things about Peru . Kudos to Juan Carlos for an excellent job on this tour ,very hardworking and I appreciate him taking great photos. We had an excellent trip with Peru Hop from Lima to Cusco. We had layover stops in Huacachina, Paracas, Arequipa. We had multiple guides who told us a lot about the different places. Mainly what to do and the history. The guide that stayed the longest with us was Boris (Bo). He was an excellent and fun guide with a lot of knowledge. He shared a lot of good stories and joined us on different tours and activities. Thanks again Bo! The other guides we had Elmer and Lizbeth also were very good. All of them spoke English really well, and made our journey as non Spanish speakers very pleasant. Would advise everyone going to Peru to take the Peru Hop bus.

Peru Hop were fantastic. We did the Lima, Paracas, Huacachina, Lima trip over 2 nights and 3 days and had an amazing time. Sea lions, penguins, sand buggies, sand tobogganing, pisco tasting, the candelabro and more. Our guides Arturo and Diego were both amazing, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Diego was an outstanding host and truly made this experience seamless from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and extremely well organized, keeping everyone informed at every stage of the day. At each stop, he clearly explained the plan and timing, answered all questions, and consistently did headcounts to make sure no one was ever left behind. His attention to detail and care for the group really stood out. The trip itself was incredible and packed with amazing experiences. The Ballestas Islands boat tour and the Pisco vineyard tour and tasting were both outstanding, but the dune buggy ride and sandboarding in Huacachina was an experience I will truly never forget. The adrenaline, the views, and ending the day with a stunning desert sunset was the icing on the cake. This was my first solo trip, and I’m so grateful I chose this tour. It was a long day, but absolutely worth every moment. Diego played a huge role in making it feel smooth, safe, and unforgettable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Peru.

We had a fantastic experience with PeruHop on the Day Trip from Lima to Paracas + Huacachina tour. The pick up was super easy and on time, the tour remained on schedule as well! Mar was super helpful and organized keeping everyone on track and in a friendly manner. Our driver was also fantastic. The boat tour portion was great to see all the animals on the ballestas islands! The dune buggy and sandboarding and/or sand skiing was SO FUN! Our dune buggy driver, Chiquito, was incredible! He made the experience a complete thrill!

We had SUCH a fantastic day trip to Paracas and Huacachina! Pick up was seamless, bus was comfortable with wifi and much needed air conditioning! Paracas and the Balletas islands were amazing with the boat taking us as close as possible to get a good view and photos with the guide pointing out the different wildlife. Lunch was great - bit of a worry as I am gluten free but thankfully there was no problems or surprises! Huacachina was unbelievable. Beautiful little pocket oasis with a bit of a buzz! The dune buggy rides and sand boarding was so much fun with a stunning sunset to finish! Marjory, our guide, was fantastic! Provided us with clear instructions for timing etc and so lovely and personable! Gavino was a fab driver getting g us everywhere safely on time! 12/10 would absolutely do again

What an amazing experience! We had 3 different tour guides during our journey and all were so friendly and fun. Thank you to Bo (Boris) who stayed with us the longest, and shared so many great tips along the way. A special shout out to the customer service team, they always responded so quickly.
