The portions are disappointingly small, you have to order multiple dishes. I understand that a dish that has shrimp with heads looks bulkier, but essentially you only get 4 shrimp, some vegetables, and dirty hands (because you have to throw away the heads). Also the legs fall off from the shrimp heads, which get caught in the vegetables and you have to take them out of your mouth. Also minus - pop music that spoils the atmosphere a bit. I'd prefer it to be quieter or not at all. Overall not bad, but I would not come here again.

We liked it so much we came twice - the swordfish dish (5/5) was out of this world - the fish was fresh and packed with umami and complimented very nicely with the artichoke and potatoes. This was the best thing we ate in Milan. The shrimp (5/5) was also delicious and so was the mixed fried seafood. Highly recommend!

Amazing concept of a market like shopping and then they cook your fish and serve it to you. Fresh, delicious and beautifully served food. Good choice of wine as well. I also liked the interior design and decor, clean and minimalist menus on the board, lots of white and it makes the space light and fresh just like the food. I definitely recommend this place when in Milan

Really loved the food. Definitely one of the best places in Milano to grab some raw seafood. We tried the mussel soup, oysters and soft shell crab. The soft shell crab was pleasantly surprising. Good portions with respect to price as well.

Great seafood and great staff! Everything tasted so fresh! Shout out to the best grilled cuttlefish we had and free limoncello!

A traditional fish tavern frequented by locals in Milan. Freshly prepared tasty food served in an inviting atmosphere. Ravioli with burrata and prawns, frito misto plate of calamari, prawns and zucchini, and a small platter of cold selections accompanied with two glasses of wine. Desert offered by the house. Highly recommended. Reservation also recommend.

What a great meals! Everything we have are excellent. Squid, sole with eggplant is my favorite. No wonder locals love this place. We will sure be back!

It has much of the restaurant and little of the fish market, for sure it is a Milanese place. Admirable, and I have already seen this format in cities like Naples or Palermo, where however the fish shops are authentic and lived, or where you can even have lunch directly outside when there is a market. Here, however, the style is Milanese and it is difficult to imagine it as a fish market. What's wrong? That the quality and the service are not like restaurant, but the bill yes or almost. What's nice? Probably the fact that before sitting you have to buy the fish at the counter creating the dishes, many like it I guess, for me it has been a problem because doing it with the people who wait and the guy at the counter who actually makes the banker and not the waiter makes it difficult to understand how to compose the dishes. In the end the food arrived, fish not excellent, eatable, cooked not Iike a restaurant but we are in the fish market on the other hand. The bill is not like restaurant, so maybe 5% less, but we are in the fish market. Finally, ok we are in Milan, nice to go and try, but next time for a fish dinner I will go to one of those places where there is a menu, a waiter and a cook. Instead, I will come back here for a quick plate of raw fish and a glass of white wine, maybe for lunch.
