Peshawar Serena Hotel

The Peshawar Serena is the best hotel in the city. Their recent renovations have been very good. The hotel and it's room feel new and refined. They're clean, comfortable and well kept. My only gripe is that there was no soap or hand wash available in the bathroom. Anyway, location is great and their staff is superb. Their rooftop restaurant serves decent food, has a good view (especially at night) and has some of their best staff. If you're looking for event management, the Serena conducts most of the biggest corporate and government events in the city. Their staff is experienced and trained. They should quickly reopen their ground floor restaurants/cafe. Cheers!

I recently stayed at Serena Hotel Peshawar, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, with staff who were always helpful, polite, and professional, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. Housekeeping was efficient, ensuring everything was spotless and in order. One of the highlights of the stay was the swimming pool, which was very well-maintained and a great place to unwind. Whether for a quick swim or a relaxing break, the pool added to the overall experience. Overall, Serena Hotel Peshawar offers a comfortable stay with good service, clean rooms, and great facilities. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers looking for a quality stay in the city.

We stayed for two days. The service was average because they a lot of time to arrive. AC wasn't working properly. The food wasn't good at all . We had food poisoning because of that. They weren't a lot of options for the buffet . The slides for children weren't made properly. They need to fix this issues right away so costumers can enjoy their stay their. The staff was very friendly. But overall Serena as decreased it's quality as 5 star hotel.

Pretty decent room but it was not worth the money I spent. Front desk staff was friendly and that’s all. The room had dust on the lamps and mirror, and the view was of a construction site from my window as the hotel was under renovation, and the constant machinery noise from morning till evening gave me a bad headache (trust me).Guests should be informed beforehand about such disturbances or compensated with a discount. At night, I struggled with the AC, called reception for help, but no one came. I waited with my door open and eventually had to sleep uncomfortably. The buffet staff also seemed unfriendly. I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.

I would say Over Rated. They have a specific kind of Music (Only 2 Hideous Songs), that they play all the time. Despite requests they would not turn its volume down, let alone turn it off. The room temperature Controller is either broken or what! but its was simply not working. They charge you extra money for tiny things. Imagine 5x more money for simple item even Water.

I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. The room service is absolutely pathetic - slow, unresponsive, and very disorganized. I found myself waiting for long periods and having to follow up repeatedly on my orders, which added to the overall frustration. It’s truly disappointing to see such a lack of attention to customer service. I genuinely miss the level of professionalism and efficiency I’ve experienced at hotels like PC Hotel. This stay was a letdown, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the service.
