If you're wandering the magical island of Vis and find yourself near the waterfront with a growling stomach and a thirst for something fancy-but-fun, do yourself a favor and plant yourself at this gem of a restaurant on the riva. I had dinner on their beautiful terrace — and when I say "terrace," I mean sunset-drenched heaven with a massive, cozy sofa that basically whispered, "Stay a little longer..." So I did. The cocktails? Dangerous in the best way. Delicious, creative, and just strong enough to make you consider texting your ex or impulsively buying a boat. The fish was so fresh, I’m pretty sure it winked at me before hitting the grill. Every dish was flavorful, simple, and respectfully let the ingredients speak (or rather, sing) for themselves. As for the staff — professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. No fake smiles, just that laid-back Dalmatian charm paired with real hospitality. I felt like a regular, even though it was my first time there. In short: fantastic food, killer drinks, dreamy setting, and service that makes you want to hug someone. If you're on Vis and skip this place, your tastebuds will hold a grudge. 10/10 would come back (and may never leave)

This was honestly some of the best tuna I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. It was sliced fresh right in front of us, caught that same day off the coast of Vis. You could taste how fresh and real it was, soft, buttery, full of flavor. The owner mentioned some people leave reviews saying the tuna is store-bought, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. As someone who knows good fish, this was 100% legit and local. Big respect to the fishermen and small restaurants on Vis and around Croatia who keep it honest and high quality. This place is a gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back every year just for this restaurant.

Visited with friends when yachting around Vis. I rarely give negative reviews, but I do not understand how this place is viewed so positively - the only explanation is that the staff changed or that first half of June is too early to visit. We had Mai Thai cocktails 19€ where we could not taste the rum, there was just some juice but not very tasty either considering the outrageous price even for the Croatian islands. The sushi did not feel very fresh, we believe the packaged sushi sold at Lidl and Kaufland might be of better quality. A good rule for fellow travellers: wait until sunset around 20:30-21:00 and check which restaurants are full of locals. Never pick empty restaurants even if they have 4.8 stars on Google.

The food, the staff and atmosphere were great. You're right next to the sea and can have a meal while looking at beautiful yachts. Kinda expensive though.

Best sushi we have even eaten anywhere in the world including Japan! The crunchy tuna rolls were just incredible. Incredibly fresh.

The service at Peskarija Sushi Bar Vis is excellent! The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience! Definitely recommend 10/10

The best sushi ever! And cocktails, too. We have tried sushi on different places but this one is our favourite! Losos tartar on sea crab chips was so delicious 😋 You should definitely visit this place while you are in Vis.
