Pestana Casablanca

Had a wonderful stay at Pestana Casablanca. We had a scheduling mix-up with our reservation, but the assistant manager handled it quickly and was very accommodating. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly, the pool was great, the WiFi is fast, and room service was reasonably priced. Being right by the beach is a big plus, and the location puts you close to everything. Excellent value for the price. I’d happily stay here again.

She made the check-in process incredibly smooth and effortless, and welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her kindness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. I would also like to compliment to Zakaria, who was equally welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Together, they created a very positive first impression of the hotel, and we deeply appreciate their excellent service. In addition, I would like to share my appreciation for the housekeeping, specially Khadija. The room was always kept perfectly clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Her hard work, attention to detail, and thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our experience. Overall, the hospitality and dedication of both the reception and housekeeping teams made our stay exceptional. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service.

Excellent Stay We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea at any time of the day. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and the client relations manager were all extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable – perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything from the service to the facilities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

The hotel is very located and just a short walk from the beach. The pool is pleasant, though it could be slightly larger. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with large comfortable balconies. Housekeeping is through, and the service overall is attentive. The staff are polite and ready to help. There are of plenty of dinning options around the hotel and the breakfast offered is acceptable. Overall it was a great choice in Casablanca.

She is without question the best and a true credit to the hotel. The location could not be better. The hotel gives you direct access to all the places you need: the mall, top restaurants, and Paradise Beach , the cleanest and most beautiful beach in Casablanca. Everything is within reach, making it both convenient and enjoyable. If you are visiting Casablanca, don’t look anywhere else, Pestana Casablanca is the perfect choice. Amazing service, spacious and clean rooms, incredible food, and the friendliest staff in the city. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back.

I really loved my stay at Pestana Casablanca! The service was incredibly fast everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. The whole place is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I especially appreciated how spotless the pool was, and the view from the hotel is just breathtaking. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend

This hotel is no more than 1 or 2 star at best.The staff are on the whole friendly and helpful if they can be but the hotel itself and the rooms are in poor cvondition. The junior suites have old funiture , marked, dirty, inadequate utensils within rooms, cleaners did not replace my towels one day. The doors on hotel rooms often fail and had to get keys changed on several occasions.Even saw one of the staff climb up to the first floor to gain entry to one of the rooms to open it.The hotel pool is only for children and has very limited chairs and sunloungres a total of 7 and we couldnt find one so we had to pay £25 eac h to use the pool facilties in the anatolia terrase nexct door.The public beach is very busy and not clean, the water is warm but waves are quite big so not suitable for young chilldren,. There is a mall within 2 min walk with a supermarket which we found very handy.

The first star is only for the people working there and chorouk who is a very nice lady. The hotel is a living disaster. We got “upgraded”to a different (nicer) room after we saw the horrific state of the balcony. But it only became worse after bath tub tiles were coming off and landed almost on our 1,5 year old daughter. Maintenance is very bad. (Or no maintenance at all). The location is great.
