We had the pleasure of a two night stay at this hotel and we can’t speak highly enough about it. The location is excellent, very central to everything you need. Although the rooms are quite small they are perfectly clean and lovely decor with all you need. The front of house manager Ana Rita was absolutely outstanding with her warm welcome, friendly and helpful manner and superb recommendations and advice for places to go and activities to do. She goes above and beyond to help guests. We would love to return to this hotel and meanwhile we will highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience.

An excellent hotel located right in the heart of all the action—perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the city's vibrant events. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and the bartender who made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Amenities were fully stocked, adding to the comfort of our stay. Had a wonderful experience here with my family and would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect location. Wonderful staff. I am so glad we chose to stay at Pestana CR7 for our trip to Lisbon! If you are planning a trip to Lisbon you can't ask for a better location than Pestana CR7 where you can walk to the most poplar sites in the city or take transportation which is always located right outside the hotel. We also found amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. If you are a sports fan, you will enjoy the bar/restaurant downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone headed to Lisbon. It's a beautiful city. You will not be disappointed

We went to the bar tonight to watch the football. Great location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. They sat us at a great table and switched the TV channel for the game we wanted to watch. Plenty of screens showing multiple sports. Attentive service. Food was good and cost what you would expect for central location. Ivan and Daniela looked after us really well.

The hotel is very close to the river and main tourist attractions. We found the rooms quite small with little hanging space for clothes but they were very clean. Ana Rita, on reception was very welcoming and so helpful in recommending restaurants and the best viewpoints of the city. We had paid for breakfast but unfortunately had to miss this on 2 of our 4 days due to early starts. It was a buffet breakfast and there was a good selection but not extensive. The bars show sport all the time in keeping with the theme and we enjoyed a few drinks there.

We had a wonderful stay at Pestana in Lisbon. What a truly wonderful staff, they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and easy. We went with the roof top suite, I highly recommend it, I loved being able to sit out on our little roof top balcony with my coffee in the morning. The room itself was big and the space utilized really well with built in shelves, the closet in the front entrance along with the fridge and Nespresso maker. We had a very large King size bed as well. The bar downstairs is a good place to gather for a drink before heading out, and the couches and chairs through the lobby are very comfortable. The breakfast looked very nice, but we tend to head out later and opted to pick up coffee and pastries out in one of the MANY restaurants nearby.
