Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to important places in Lisbon. The service was super nice and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. My birthday was during my stay, and the staff really spoiled me with a cake and desserts over two days. Such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended! Thank you so much

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pestana CR7 (Inverse)! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. The food was phenomenal — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. A special shoutout to Mr.Pedro, who truly made the afternoon. He was attentive without being intrusive, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine and friendly! Overall, I can’t recommend Inverse enough. Delicious food, a great vibe, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🍽️✨

Perfect Service by Ivan, John and the whole staff. The service in the reception is great. In the bar you always can watch a view matches of all europeen leagues. Perfect hotel for CR7 fans. The hotel is really close to everything. Great location at all.

The hotel may have been fully booked, but that didn't stop Kelia in the reception from giving us the complete Christiano Ronaldo experience. Her in-depth insights and detailed information elevated the service level so high that the entrance alone felt like the ultimate reason to book!! I booked a 4 night trip to the Pestana CR7 and very much enjoyed my visit, so much so that I have booked a return trip.|The hotel has a wonderful location near the waterfront where you can take advantage of the many restaurants, with great views and stunning sunsets.It's an easy walk to many points of interest.|The young staff on reception were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. |Being a football fan, I loved the little themed touches around the hotel. My room was very comfortable, even if the bathroom area was very small - fine for me as a solo traveller. I slept very well and found the bed extremely comfortable, the room was clean and I liked the decor in deep, rich colours. There was barely any street noise despite being on the first floor.|Breakfast was fine, nice breads selection - there are a lot of things I don't eat, being vegetarian but there was plenty of choice.|I'm looking forward to my return trip in the Spring to further explore Lisbon.

We had dinner and drinks while watching a football game. Tanvir was working with our table and was great! Very nice and didn't rush us at all. Fish and chips & drinks were great! Perfect place to watch a game!

We took are two boys here for a lunch. It has some memorabilia which was interesting. Wasnt too crowded but service was very average. I know you're not going for the food but it was ok. Think of chevys or Fridays. One thing I know, only order the cheese plate if it's your last meal. It could have fed the whole bar and it was actually pretty decent

Here for a nightcap after seeing dancing light show, Christmas tree and markets. The bar stopped serving cocktails around certain time so my friend got a Somersby cider and I asked the server to choose mine off the menu. Overall love the vibe, location and customer service. Very friendly staff and great customer service.

The hotel is part of the iconic CR7 brand and features a stylish design, almost like a museum dedicated to Cristiano Ronaldo. It's conveniently located near popular tourist attractions in Lisbon, such as Rua da Augusta, Praça do Comércio, Elevador de Santa Justa, and Lisbon Cathedral. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a drink at the CR7 bar, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. I highly recommend it! Fun fact: we were the first guests from Honduras to stay there!

We took the kids for lunch because they are fans. The food was bad, cocktails meh and service was indifferent. I had the veggie burger and it was básica lump of quinoa. Even the kids were disappointed.

Extremely well located hotel in Lisbon, close to the waterfront (River Tagus) and the Praca do Comercio. Tourist bus stops are a very short walk away as are a selection of very good restaurants and bars. Shops and public transport (trams) are all nearby as well. Our room was a CR Superior which typically for a city hotel was compact but functional. The bathroom is trendy with LED lighting beneath the mirror and in the shower too! The hotel bar has lots of TV screens to watch things like the football or the occasional Royal Wedding! Service in the bar and throughout the hotel was very good and food and drink very reasonably priced. Breakfast was not included but again it's a short stroll to a great selection of local bakeries and cafes. This old part of town doesn't have too many steep roads so it's a great walking location if you're on the wrong side of 50. All in all an excellent choice for a visit to this fantastic city. I would definitely stay again.

Let me be honest, we are really big CR7 - Fans so my friend and me decided to go to this hotel. As we arrived there, we were welcomed by the amazing staff. They were all absolutely friendly to us. The hotel is stylish, the Superior-Room was big enough and the bathroom had a lof space. We got a little present when we entered the room ("Pastel de Nata", some fruit and a personal message) which was really nice. The breakfast was big, and in the area downstairs, there is a lot of space where you can take it. You also can eat a lot of "Pastel de Nata" here... delicious. Also the bar of the hotel was stylish, and the staff was really friendly. (CR7 Corner & Bar) Unfortunately, the hotel doesn´t have some wellness like a whirlpool or something like that. With a wellness-offer, this hotel would be the best in Lisbon. ;-)

I came in with low expectations and didn't expect much of this new hotel (opened in October 2016), but I was very impressed with their super friendly hotel staff, the busy street side view room was super quiet, the modern look of the hotel, the CR7 theme throughout the hotel (it was done very tactifully and not too overboard or overkill), the contemporary hotel room LED rainfall showerhead bathroom tub, and the great location in downtown waterfront and shopping center Lisbon. It's located near the main sea port, the beer museum, and three popular Portuguese Fado restaurants in Alfama that you MUST go and walk to if you plan on staying here. We attended Clube de Fado (make an appointment before you go) and weren't disappointed with the traditional fado performance. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. Although the decently modern machine equipped hotel gym is very small (fits 5 people max), the hotel Restaurant and bar are decently sized. The only negatives are the hotel parking and the 3pm check in time but they will allow you to check in your luggage and bags if you arrive early morning at the hotel Front desk. You have to park your car offsite, but the city indoor parking garage is approx 5 minutes away if you walk briskly there. Definately worth the hotel stay especially if you're a CR7 fan like myself. Highly recommend you stay here if you're on the fence simply because of its great central location to everything and I would stay here again if I could. I had ABSOLUTELY NO regrets choosing this place. Great value for the money. Check booking.com to get a discounted hotel rate with free self serve continental breakfast. BTW- DEEP Discounted rate only applies if you book months in advance.
