Very nice and friendly staff. We had a great two bedroom house which was fully equipped. Useful couple of tablets for the dishwasher as part of the welcome package. Reception staff were friendly and sorted us out very quickly and efficiently. Bar and restaurant was perfect. Enjoyed our stay, thank you

Fabulous last minute find on our drive back to Lisbon! We decided to stay the night and were treated to a free upgrade. Stunning views a from the nearby trails and cliffs. We were beyond blown away by the hospitality from the staff both at the front desk and from the on site restaurant! The mattresses could use an upgrade and a dehumidifier but all in all an unforgettable decision to experience the Algarve for a night!

I arrived very late at 11pm, 1 hour before receptionist gets off work. She told me that I have a upgrade of rooms to a 2 bedroom! But i booked it for myself only, so it was really big! There was a front loading washing machine (you can buy detergent capsules from the receptionist), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining space and living room. It can probably house 4 people comfortably! While there are some wear and tear, the house was clean and tidy, giving a homey feeling. It was a short drive to the town centre with good food, and a short trip to the start point of the seven valley hiking trail and to go kayaking. Overall, i highly recommemd this location for guests who wants a quiet and comfortable resort stay.

Beautiful rooms, incredible prices in January, and the staff were very nice and professional. A great place to stay and explore the coast. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for only one night. We fortunately did not pay a fortune for this kind of dated property. Florescent lighting in the kitchen, leak in the sky light in the upstairs bathroom, no outside light - almost really hurt myself walking to the front door at night, mold around shower door etc. This was probably a very upscale hotel in its day but now probably needs an facelift. The staff is super helpful and friendly as others have mentioned which offsets some of the datedness of the hotel. It would be nice if this hotel offered a shuttle to the downtown area or the beach with the steps since both are a steep up hill or down hill.

Wonderful resort very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcome, the food is fantastic served by the most entertaining bar staff where nothing is a problem. The Chef is amazing. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The outside dining area on a summers night shouldn’t be missed.

Spacious Townhouse accommodation, well equipped with all you need, good WiFi and cleaned daily. Right next to a building site which is extremely noisy during the day so not great if you want to sit and relax. Location is ok but a bit of a walk into town and a car is needed if you want to explore further afield.

Absolutely loved the two bed sea view villa upgrade.. the pool was clean.. the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own meals during our stay.. better to get groceries supplies from nearby Lagoa town as the stores next to hotel doesn’t have much options.. Algarve Saco and Carveiro beach is walkable distance and there are few trekking routes next to hotel ..
