Our four huskies thoroughly enjoyed their flight. The flight attendant, Martika, Was very attentive and made sure our fur babies were very comfortable. We had an excellent experience with PetJets. They coordinated everything for the journey to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The jet was far more luxurious than any trip we've taken. Our cats were predictably nervous, but well looked after by both us and our flight attendant, Marissa. The flight went incredibly smoothly and we couldn't have had a better experience moving to Maui with our animals. It was a HUGE peace of mind to not have to take our cats on a stressful commercial flight or through TSA security in busy airports. I wouldn't have moved them any other way.

My husband and I were preparing to move from Hawaii Island to Central Oregon and needed to find a way to get our two golden retrievers back to the mainland. Since they’re aging we didn’t feel comfortable with putting them in cargo on a commercial flight. I found pet jets online and we decided to give them a call. Megan spoke to us right away and put our minds at ease. She and Honey helped us with scheduling and answered any questions we had. When the day came to leave everything went so smoothly. We joined another pet family in Kona and then headed to Maui to pick up two more pet families. All the dogs were wonderful. Not a single bark or growl on the whole flight to San Jose. The pilots and flight attendant was amazing navigating around eight large dogs. The flight was quick and smooth the whole way. Thank you Megan and Honey for all your help. So grateful we reached out to Honey and Megan to get our dog Oliver home to NY from Costa Rica. They were very helpful booking our flight from Liberia to Fort Lauderdale as well as helping find a great dog friendly hotel since I had a connecting flight. They were very receptive to any questions we had and helped us every step of the way. The cherry on top was Oliver’s toys and dog tag we had waiting for us on the plane. The pilots were also great. Even I got some delicious food to enjoy on the flight. Look forward to using their services again to get back to Costa Rica. Oliver and I totally recommend them. I can't say enough great things about our experience flying with Pet Jets! I was incredibly nervous about getting my senior, anxious dog Allie to Hawaiʻi as part of our military move, but Pet Jets made it the easiest part of the entire relocation. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Allie had a spacious area to curl up in and could move around a bit to get comfortable during the flight. The flight attendant was beyond sweet; not only did she give personalized attention to each pup, but she even made a little turkey and cheese plate for them! It was such a thoughtful touch that really put me at ease. We had a brief stop in Maui where a representative from the Maui Humane Society came on board and quickly cleared the dogs for entry to Hawaiʻi. No waiting around, no confusing paperwork...just easy and efficient. When we landed in Oʻahu, my husband was able to meet me right at the plane, and my rental car was waiting planeside...no crowded terminals, no baggage claim chaos. I never imagined moving a dog across the Pacific could be so simple. Pet Jets truly made this a first-class experience for both me and Allie. From the moment of inquiry through the moment wheels touched down at the airport, PetJets provided us with outstanding customer service. Both Honey and Megan were friendly, helpful, responsive and professional, making sure all of our needs and comforts were met. Anyone considering PetJets is safe in their hands and can expect VIP service for themselves and their pets. Onboard, we had a fantastic crew - we had arguably the smoothest flight and landing we’ve ever experienced thanks to our pilots, Roger and Sam. Martika, our flight attendant, was delightful. The catering PetJets referred us tor us (Cloud 9) was delicious, and Martika presented it on pristine dinnerware. The plane itself was beautiful - rich wood details, thoughtful amenities, and the acoustics were stunning; the moment the door closed to the cabin, we were greeted with sounds that were nothing more than a quiet hum and the nervous panting of our dog. Eventually that panting largely subsided, as even our furry nervous traveler could stretch out and get comfortable on this spacious plane. We chose PetJets because we knew our dog couldn’t safely handle being in cargo for a five and a half hour flight, nor could he handle being in a commercial cabin - even if allowed, it would have been a nightmare for everyone on the plane. The peace of mind alone knowing your pets are safe on a long flight makes PetJets worth the cost; the icing on the cake is the absolute luxury you get to experience along the way. Honey & Megan were a pleasure to work with. I had so much anxiety traveling alone to Hawaii with my large dog. (Bear) Not only did they coordinate the trip, they talked me through the entire process at length . True concierge service! Flight and crew were fantastic . I was desperate to find alternative pet travel to Kona . Pet Jet is the gold at the end of the Hawaiian rainbow.

Thank you, Pet Jets! There are lots of logistics involved in getting a dog to Hawaii. In addition to getting them squared away with the appropriate veterinary milestones within strict timelines, you want to make sure you can transport them safely. I needed to travel in the middle of summer. I already didn’t feel comfortable putting my dog in cargo in the first place, then learned there’s also a max temperature outside that airlines will allow for pet transport - a risk I wasn’t willing to take. Fortunately I found Pet Jets, got on a call with them, and they talked me through the process. They find parties that need to travel around similar timeframes and charter a flight for the group so the group can split the cost. They also assisted in making sure I had all the information I needed to get my dog’s veterinary care in order within the right timeframes so that I could make sure he was eligible for the Oahu’s Direct Airport Release program. To say this greatly alleviated my stress in this process is an understatement! Megan and Honey went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great flight and stellar pilots. The pilots were even dog lovers that were so excited to greet the dogs and have them aboard. I’ve always wanted the opportunity to experience flying private and now both me and my dog have done it thanks to Pet Jets :)
